I paid $400 to stay two nights and it was awful. Rude and told me they will call the cops, for what he never told me...I stayed in the jacuzzi suite, paid cash and then on the second day booted me out for nothing...intimidation for having a couple of guests over...wtf. this place should be condemned!!!
This place is terrible. To be specific with the main office. My friend and I checked in there and the lady at the main guest said specifically no visitors. There was no warning on the site where we booked this motel. We tried getting a refund, but she said that wasn’t possible. We had friends in town and had already asked if they could meet us there ASAP so we can go out for the night. As our 2 other friends were helping us move our stuff in the motel room (we were 2nd floor, stairs only- a lot to carry) the lady went up to us as we were in my car and asked us why we had 2 ppl more ppl staying at the room we were at. I felt extremely uncomfortable because she started questioning us as we were just settling in. Our other 2 friends were only helping us move our things upstairs. I explained to her that they were only helping us and we will be going out. She was rude to my friend and consistently kept asking us who was staying over at the motel after we had already told them our plan about our night. Definitely never coming back here. The lady was telling us how she can see through the video surveillance who is in the parking area and who goes into the rooms. Feel like I’m being watched and that’s not cool. If you want to be staying somewhere comfortable, don’t even think about coming here! We stayed at one of the suite rooms that had a crusty, broken couch that looked awful. Idk how long it has been there! The room is pretty roomy but for $130 it is not worth it. My friend and I felt so uneasy, we tried to find another place to stay at so we wouldn’t have to stay there. Unfortunately, things don’t work out- exactly like this place. Leaving first thing tomorrow morning. Super upset. F this place! NOT WORTH IT…
I've stayed here a few times this last year and the quality is actually quite high compared to what I've witnessed at other hotels in the area. I'll grant it's no 5-Star resort, but if you're looking for a place to spend a night rather than driving 20-hours, this is a good location. Also, the staff are quite committed to your safety (and sense of safety). Another guest started throwing a party and their 'guests' were knocking on other doors. The staff had them removed immediately after it was reported (literally minutes). So they earned this 4-star review. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I'll grant they were made by the people who were kicked out.
First the clerk was innattentive, even though were were the only ones around. Check-in took triple regular time. Then the door lock was substandard, so I stacked chairs and suitcases to block the door while I slept. Everthing was so old it was threadbare. I swear they got the furniture from Salvation Army. The carpet was 30 years old. The mattress was 20 years old, and perfect contour if you are a banana. Not so good for humans though. No blankets, and sheets you can see through. The bathrooms have not seen clorox in quite a while. The shower curtain was 10 years old at least. The showerhead was encrusted in old calcium deposits. The curtain rod was rusty. Only 2 towels, minimum size that cant fit all the way around your waist. Get up nice and early because the lot next door is owned by an excavation company so you can hear all the machines firing up and being loaded on the trucks and driven away so they can get through LA traffic and still arrive at 7am. So they are going nice and early. It okay because you want to leave as early as possible too. 4 hours on that bed is long enough.…
Not only is this the dirtiest place I have ever stayed at, but the staff is extremely rude to say the least. We came back from Disney at 11 pm to find our room key had been cancelled all because our friend met us there in the morning. We were told if we had another guest over we would be kicked out (even though they knew it was our last night). The "free" wifi doesn't work. We found a spider in our bathroom and a beetle came crawling out from under our bed. The rooms do NOT look like the pictures and building is extremely old. Overall rudest employees I have ever encountered and dirtiest place we have ever stayed at!!
my fiancé and I booked a room at this hotel for our trip to Disneyland. when we walked in to our room, you can immediately feel the dust from the floor and walls. To top it all off, we found a meth pipe under our bed. When i told the front desk that we were not staying there because of the filth and meth pipe, she implied that i must have placed it there because "many people have stayed there before me" even after i showed her the picture. she also stated that i would still be charged for 1 night.
I found this by driving down Tustin Blvd. Very simple, clean, no blanket for bed. Cold water on arrival. No aaa discount avail. I might return if I was alone Not with my spouse . The wifi only worked in the office. The bed was acceptable. Refer and microwave. Owners were very nice. 99.00 covers s one night.
adequate, not informative staff, there was not anything special that staff did or about the rooms. there was a large amount of dust and debris at the edges of the room and towels in restroom had torn and freyed edges.
Stayed there several times. Very satisfied every time. Frendly staff, and well equipped , clean rooms. I will recommend this motel for every one who are going to L A I am sure you will enjoy the stay.
This motel is old, not well maintained, and near a very busy street. I had a reservation and once I got there I didn't feel safe and asked for a refund. The manager was not helpful would not give it to me. Not a great way to run a business.
