We recently stayed at the Ayers Suites for one night. We had a concert at the Toyota Arena. The room was perfect and didn’t skimp on things like coffee in the room! Yes, we were in Las Vegas last weekend and stayed what we thought would be a great hotel on the strip (Caesars Palace) and there was a coffee maker but not coffee. We called and they said it wasn’t complimentary any more and wanted to charge us $22 for coffee and they said they didn’t know when it would arrive. Ayers was clean, comfortable and again, just right for our needs. I would only suggest filling the vending machine a bit more so there was more of a choice of snacks but we found something so its not a big deal. Not too fancy but still great place to stay and we loved our room.

I had a great time staff was very friendly and the breakfast was one of the best I had at a hotel. Also I loved that they offer a shuttle to take you where ever by the way you are close by all kinds of shopping places, the malls, fast food places and etc. Rooms were clean and very spacious beds were so comfortable slept like a baby hehe.

Always have the best customer service experience. Shout out to Alyssa and her team for best accomodation experience for the price point. If there is anything you might need or does not meet your expectation, just call the front desk and it will be taken care off with no fuss to meet or exceed your needs. Ayres Suites Ontario is by far the best Ayres experience but the best view would have to be Ayres Vista Carlsbad in San Diego.

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, jacuzzi tub was very relaxing. What was not relaxing was the $100 incidental fee that was charged to my card without my prior knowledge at check in, and upon calling to see what this charge was about the representative told me it was refunded the same day as check out. Well I advised her no, that is not showing in my bank account, she then replied "oh well it actually takes 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected." Now what I am having a hard time with is the fact that if this is for incidentals, and you check out, and they clean the room that day and everything is fine....WHY DON'T I GET MY MONEY BACK THAT DAY? This money should be on a hold not charged to your card completely . I have stayed at other Ayres hotels and have not had this experience before, I have stayed at many other high end hotels and never had this experience . This is completely ridiculous and a nefarious way to run a hotel. Will never return, nor recommend.

I am a flight attendant and I stay at alot of hotels but no experience has been like the one at this Ayres hotel! Usually, flight attendants at most get 20% off discounts for food and beverages, but this particular hotel made sure the whole staff was taking care of. Crystal made sure that myself and the other flight attendants were all set. She greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. She truly made us feel welcomed. I plan on coming back here just based off how we were treated! Keep it up Crystal! You ROCK!!!

If there were a word beyond excellent, that would be it. Excellent personnel, facilities, cleanliness and comfort. Five stars + all around. If you have business in the Inland Empire or anywhere in Southern California or going to Disneyland or other parks that connect to the freeways near this Ayres hotel, go for it! Rates are reasonable and with free breakfast (not a "continental" breakfast, but a REAL breakfast!) you can't go wrong.

We stayed at Ayres Suites for a week while visiting family. Ayres always does a great job of making our stays comfortable. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and everything was in order as expected. The made to order breakfast each day was fabulous. I enjoyed relaxing each morning in the spacious courtyard with my coffee. Thank you Ayres for another nice stay!

My room key didn’t work . The room needed renovations, very old school(ugly). The part that made me feel very uncomfortable was the ROACH that was in my room. The lady at the front desk spoke as though it was no big deal. I will not be returning.

My experience was perfect. The airport shuttle picked me up promptly. I paid for an early check in which was very convenient. The front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were bit, quiet and comfortable, My only minor complaint was the lights were so dimi t was difficult to read, so I opened the curtains completely. There were a number of restaurants nearby walk8mg distance. The hotel shuttle was available to take me within a several mile radius. Breakfast was excellent, different than the national chains.
I will return another time.

Our policy in regards to guest packages is that we do require that the guest's name is on the package, we will hold the package at the front desk until the guest listed on the package picks it up. If it is prior to arrival we simply require a guaranteed reservation to be in place at our hotel.
