This is a repeat visit and we really love this hotel because the staff are both efficient and friendly, and the food in the hotel coffeeshop/restaurant is better than that at most high priced restaurants in Newport Beach or Irvine. But the lobby is kept freezing and we are highly annoyed by the pop music playing that makes it hard to enjoy a conversation at breakfast or lunch.

This hotel is located conveniently and has lots of potential. Unfortunately I had a water issue which I would have totally understood but their staff turned me off. This morning there apparently was an issue with no hot water to a part of the building - they hadn’t told us. I called and talked to the staff and rolled with it. Over twelve hours later I had the same water problem, and had to call down and find out it was still a problem. I was told there was nothing they could do, they have guests - with zero comment on the communication about what they acknowledged was an ongoing issue? I asked to speak to a manager and I got a dial tone. So I can’t shower again, two days, Globalist, and customer service is to be hung up on.

The hotel is totally renovated so the rooms are nice. Great location close to the airport with a hotel shuttle. Onsite restaurant which is helpful because there isn't anything walking distance. Beware the 2nd floor, it overlooks the roof with all the HVAC systems.

The hotel staff were wonderful, the room was great and the pool temp was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the Orange County area. Even with the complementary bottled water that I received at check in, they asked if I wanted it chilled or at room temp.

Knowing the charging station is broken, the front desk still directed me to the charging station to find it out myself. If you know it’s broken, why on earth you don’t tell me that when I asked about it???

Great Hotel very clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly. My only issue would be that our room was located in the front side of the hotel which was across from.the airport runway which could be loud at times.

We stayed one night at this property while taking our son to an event at the University of California at Irvine. The property is very well located and easily accessible . The traffic was also light at the time. Overall, it was very relaxing. The room was quite, super clean and comfortable. Everything thing felt new. The mini fridge looked like a wine fridge too. There was a very nice Keurig coffee maker. What an excellent idea! Service was friendly and professional at the reception, the restaurant and the marketplace. I struggle to find anything lacking or negative. Highways were close by and so was the airport but we did not feel that at all. This is the best Hyatt property I stayed at and also great value.

Great location, clean and very comfortable beds and linens. Easy and convenient commute to John Wayne Airport/SNA and car rental return. Amble parking (for a fee) and a great, relaxing pool area. Not far from food and other connivences.

Located right near the airport and providing free shuttle service which was needed to pick up my rental this hotel is newly renovated and had all the room amenities that made my 4 day stay pleasurable. The room was very clean with good lighting that shut itself off when no motion was detected. ((great feature at night). Hotel was quiet as was the AC and I never heard any exterior hallway noise. The elevators were key controlled for added safety and there was plenty of parking ($30 fee- reasonable for the area) Close to shopping, Businesses, and beach. Would def recommend and stay again on my next visit to Newport
