Hilton should be ashamed to have their brand associated with the hotel. Property is in desperate need of a deep clean and repair. Worn and dirty carpets hallway and room, broken handles on furniture in room, stained couch and bedding, plenty of hair on bathroom floor. Paid for a 'premium' suite that include a Keurig coffee maker but no keurig pod available and the staff gave me drip coffee packs. No in room temp controls and room very warm. Checked out early and charged an early departure fee. Strongly recommend staying at any hotel before this Embassy Suites

I planned a staycation birthday party for my 15 year old twins; We had 2 suites and it was great. The kids loved the pool, breakfast and parents loved the reception with complimentary drinks and snacks! Recommend for everyone!! The renovations were great.

Worst hotel stay. We stayed for one week and had a horrible experience. No daily housekeeping (and no one told us that). Front desk didn’t give us a parking voucher at check in so we got a parking violation This hotel is on an old two pipe system and you can not get air conditioning or heat. Our room was hot and musty and our air conditioned rattled. Staff is un responsive. They gave us towels with a huge tear in it. This should not be a Hilton hotel. Hot water takes forever if you are the guest one showering. Maintenance is running around trying to give fans and heaters to guests. You are in Silicon Valley upgrade your system and train your staff to be nice!

I always stay here as a staycation or if my friends are visiting. The room is very clean, spacious, and a great location. There’s a Safeway within walking distance, chick fil a, and other restaurants. The front desk, Jamie was very kind and helpful with our check in. She gave us complimentary parking as a one time courtesy so that was greatly appreciated. One suggestion I have is to change the pillows or provide more comfortable pillows because the ones in our rooms were very flat and uncomfortable to sleep in.

I really wanted to like this place. It’s the hotel you would have been. Excited about when you were 10 years old. But unfortunately the rooms are musty and dirty. Gross caulk sealing the showers, bad heating and cooling. Also an unresponsive staff.

Encountered a rude bartender named Kim. She was very hostile and had an attitude when we ordered drinks for no reason. Kim if you do not like working with guests, maybe hospitality isn’t the best job for you.

Just back from having spent a week at this hotel. Not the best Hilton I've been to and not one I would stay at again as it's a little tired, the staff apart from the people on reception are disengaged and they are very expensive for any add on's. When I arrived after an 11 hour flight I just wanted to kick back and relax, it was a twin room with a TV in both rooms neither of which worked. A call down to reception resulted in a guy appearing with 2 new remotes that were completely different than the ones in the rooms!, (The suspicious mind wonders if this was a ploy for a tip!!) I then ran a 2 day training in their board room and needed a flip chart which they brought in but didn't tell me was an extra cost at $200!!. They are $70 to buy from office depot. After 5 days of no room service to clean the bathroom, it took 2 phone calls to the front desk to get housekeeping to come to the room. Went down to the bar for a drink on a couple of nights to discover the barman clearly doesn't like customers, I stood at the bar for a while waiting for someone to appear behind the bar, a few minutes later a chap tuned up and asked me what I wanted, I asked him for a beer and he walked over to the pumps to pour the drink, then walked over to another customer and gave them the beer. A few minuets later after faffing about he brought me a drinks menu and walked off, then a after another few minuets he came back and asked me what I wanted to drink!! The following night I asked for a glass of red wine, after which he brought over a glass with the bill in it for $60, I asked his colleague for a drinks menu to check the price ($11) and pointed this out to her, she said he had charged me for a bottle and changed the receipt (was this a tactic or yet another mistake??) I'm due back in a couple of months time to run another 2-day training, will I stay here again? I'm not sure I will...

Short Review: This place is Terrible. Rooms outdated, no housekeeping, self parking is expensive, and no room service/food service, HVAC is Impossible, breakfast food staff closes early, but if you like to get asked on a date by their cooks, you will enjoy the egg station. DONT Stay Here. Long Review: I am a Hilton diamond member and stay at many places throughout the year. My last stay was Feb 2023 here. Prior to the pandemic this place was great. After the pandemic, Absolutely terrible. I stayed for 7 nights. and requested house keeping to which i was informed would only happen on my 4th night. THIS IS WAY DIFFERENT FROM THE EMBASSY SUITES IN WALNUT CREEK 30 MIN AWAY. Note that most Hiltons will provide housekeeping upon request. I was informed that management at each hotel makes this choice. So I waited. on the 4th night, no housekeeping because they forgot. And then the rest of the nights no one was able to get to the room due to staff shortages. Keep in mind, other rooms were completed. The room had cosmetic damage, the washing machines didn't work so I had to take laundry off site, the restaurant didn't deliver room service. All of these amenities are up to hotel management to restore after the pandemic and you can tell that they don't care about their guest experience. I Talked to the front desk manager who said there was nothing she could do about housekeeping, room service, or room issues. All she could offer me was fresh towels and a 20 dollar credit. and in reality its not her fault. Hotel Management above her doesn't care so why should she? I would also like to note that because of the lack of housekeeping the hallways look like one giant trash walkway. People leave old door dash food, room trash, dirty towels and more outside their door for pickup and it DOESNT GET PICKED UP FOR DAYS! Pandemic is over, the rooms are fully booked and while 1 or 2 people leaving trash outside their room was ok in 2020 its not ok when the whole floor smells of trash and dirty towels. Lets Talk about the Room Once you get in, First of all if its winter, the room is BAKING HOT, its because of their "two pipe system" pretty much Management doesn't care about you, so they aren't going to upgrade their system from 1920 something. so I had to turn off the system (which just meant that hot air would come out a little less forceful from the vent) and open the sliding door to the outside. Lastly, Breakfast is the main feature of any hotel and this place has a full hot breakfast, but good luck kids. I stayed for business, and would meet co-workers for breakfast. Many of our female co-workers were uncomfortable going to the egg station because the cooks kept asking them for dates or drinks. SOO the men had to get the eggs. they close the breakfast at least 30 minutes early so you have to ask the staff for many things like butter, jelly, bagels, hot water etc because they pack all that stuff up early and close the sliding doors to make it look like it closed so no one comes in. But its not closed, it open and they don't want to serve you if you walk in at that time. Also be careful, as the morning goes on they pick up your plate even if you are not done. So if you walk away to grab a napkin you may come back to an empty table. Closing early and making guest uncomfortable because of the actions of staff is yet another example of management problems and a careless work culture that is taking place here. Never staying here again.
