Amazing value for what you get. To my exercisers, most functional mini-gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Came complete with equipment you need and love, and equipment you didn’t know you needed that you fall in love with. Attentive staff, great rooftop, and affordable elegance. The location is a block away from Hollywood Blvd. & at night around 11pm the rooftop occasionally hosts private occasions where you’ll occasionally spot a celeb, on occasion haha. Parking is solid - $20 per night if you use the Spot Hero lot a block away at 1438 N Cahuenga Blvd. (it’s called 6430 Sunset Garage which is confusing). Overall, immensely enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice place to stay. The party upstairs was kinda lame (no one dancing) but the rest was fancy schmancy. Right by Hollywood Blvd and sunset. Great hotel! Farmers market was right outside hotel and that was great too.

Dreadful service...nobody knows anything about anything, the robots are certainly friendlier and more efficient than the staff...combined with horrible Tao next door, an awful experience...it s all about the money and NEVER about customer service

Stayed here for 5 nights, first of all the location is PERFECT, right in the middle of L.A easy access to Walk of fame, food spots Tao etc, The hotel itself is soo aesthetically pretty, the rooftop top is gorgeous! The robot room service is a nice touch, lastly the staff are amazing and they were willing to help our every Desire and made us feel at home & comfortable!… Couple of downfalls the breakfast/dinner menu is VERY limited and super expensive… Also the ridiculous expensive deposit charge we had to pay $150 PER DAY although it was refundable at the end of stay, initially we were told this goes to hotel spending (Food,Drinks etc..) in total we paid $600 also we wasn’t aware that included $45+ tax for resort fee… however the money did return back to me after few days, all in all very nice stay!!

In Los Angeles at the moment, I’m staying at the Beverly Hills hotel. However, my son opted for the dream hotel Hollywood. He absolutely loves it. This is now his second stay this trip. First room on the ninth floor had amazing views, including Hollywood sign. However, I doubt there is a bad view from any room. The second stay room was a corner suite, which comes with a record player. This is the most intuitive hotel. The founder of dream, who remains very involved as do his original senior executives, following the Hyatt buyout were inspired. This is a fantastic hotel for the younger, cool crowd. During my numerous visits, I didn’t see anybody in a suit, but what I did she was most of the guests smiling, relaxed and happy. Just the art alone, adorning the ground floor is enough to make anyone smile. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly and so, so good. Friday night from 11 pm is there a pool party on the roof. They don’t bother with a formal breakfast, instead, just hang out on the ground floor and pick up what you want from the coffee bar. I much prefer this approach. I just love the professional informality of it all. Security people also great as our car valet guys. Reception staff are as good as it gets. Headed up by the remarkable Shellymar, who is everywhere, her team are terrific. I left my iPhone in my car after it was valet parked and without asking it turned up at Reception minutes later and the receptionist found me. My son was welcomed and checked in by Caesar first of two stays, and from that moment we were so impressed. This hotel is the real deal, there is nothing fake about it. This is an extremely successful hotel, they were 95% this week and they are almost 100% next week. The three restaurants are all very good. Even the restroom is cool! I do like to start off right and from pulling up outside to being shown to the room it started off really well, then just got better. My son absolutely loves it . When I was his age, I booked the Beverly Hilton for my first visit to LA. After flying all the way from London on Pan Am they had overbooked and they sent me to horrible hotel in Hollywood for my first night. If they had sent me to the Dream, I would’ve stayed there and not returned to the Hilton that visit. As it is. I have never been back to the Beverly Hilton. Just to add.., this hotel is the opposite of boring, it offers great value and it delivers. Thank you from my son to all at Dream Hotel and especially to Shellymar ( see photo) for extraordinary service. This area of Hollywood is now very up-and-coming and special . Don’t miss nearby Bar Lis if you are under 30. One of the very top amazing late bars in LA. This is a one minute walk from Dream which says it all. Hollywood is back

This hotel was the perfect choice for my friends and I for a long weekend! From the moment we checked in, Ethan made us feel welcome and was a smiling face we would see often always brightening our day! The security and bellmen were excellent as well, the guys made us feel safe. We could walk home from the shows at the Hollywood Bowl! Lastly, the rooftop restaurant and pool were so much fun and the servers so nice and good at their jobs!

Exceptional concierge service that makes goes above and beyond to help you feel at home! Comfortable beds, fantastic shower for when you get back from a concert and want to chill. So much to do in the area and you have the best views. The rooftop pool is not to be missed for the view and the atmosphere. Very helpful with food delivery (but the room service is great as well). When my flight was changed and I needed a late checkout I came back to my room and found a lovely bottle of champagne - that is wonderfully kind and above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful couple of nights! Great room; mattress and pillows super comfy! Fantastic rooftop pool and dining area that looks out at ‘The Sign’ and conservatory. Staff are truly incredible - nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic neighbourhood and close to everything! I want to go back and I’m going to do my best to make that happen. LOVE Dream!

This hotel is beautiful and classy all the way, the first to greet us was Caesar, he was lovely inside and OUT!, He was very impressive, this was the third hotel i've been on this trip and he made us feel like we were gold, i loved his energy, warm and genuine. He went over and beyond for us, a wow effect. The gym was the best i have seen in a hotel, and the shower in the room was huge. Security made us feel safe. Cheese and wine every evening. And Tao resturant is 10 steps away, i would be back for sure. Terenay Bascome

Great experience at the Dream. Had the silver suite, quite, well appointed, luxurious - exactly what I have asked for. The roof bar on the 10th floor is a great place to end an extensive working day and the place for a Sunday afternoon drink, facing the famous Hollywood sign. Friendly and helpful stuff. Loved it.
