Detailed Reviews
I didn’t take any pictures as I wanted to take my family out of there asap! The place smelled weird, there were no towels near the sink, it didn’t have a coffee maker, dryer, or sofa. The two full beds were undone when we got there and barely fit in the room, the walls were dirty and even more in the bathroom. It seemed people and drug dealers lived there. The door didn’t open well. It seemed people lived there and there was a guy fixing his truck in there. The internet and cable didn’t work. Even when I was checking in, they were having trouble with the computer or internet. The toilet was loose and when I reported it, a guy came in with a screw driver and said he fixed it but it wasn’t fixed. There’s no way you can fix a toilet with a screw driver. It needed nuts to bolt it to the floor and it didn’t have any, the screws it had were rusty yellow. The place needs a huge renovation and maintenance before anyone can stay there.

This hotel is terrible.
In the description, you see "free breakfast"? Does not exist.
You see "Pool"? Close for more than a year. "I forgot to update the description," said the owner...
In the photo, the hotel looks nice... but actually, the glasses are broken, the room smells a little, and in the hotel, you may have very strange people yelling all night.
Stay there for a terrible experience. I should pay $10 for the night, but I paid more than $100

I will get straight to the point. I was going to stay the night and decided to pay 78$ for this motel. The reviews were good, but obviously faulty. After paying I was able to mark a crack dealer, and two low end hookers right outside my door. This might be a great thing for some, but for me and my family it was a bummer. I then found a bath tub full of ants and skin, hair on the white bed sheets, and had a smell that was moldy. We walked right out of the room and the guy had a "no refund" sign waiting for us as if he new we were coming. Please by any means don't bring your family to this place. Your local Motel6 will feel like a five star resort after looking at this place. I will put my name on this review (Keith Duffield).

Sadness saw us visit Launceston due to a Bereavement of a family member. The Quality Colonial motor inn was the chosen stay. The staff were aware of our loss and then made our stay very tranquil . The restaurant had a very rustic appeal that produced a great menu, this we enjoyed on three occasions, scrumptious. A memorable part of the stay was seeing Dale’s two Labradors sitting on the pillar at the entrance to the motel, these dogs were very obedient We look forward to our next stay.

This place is a dump. I would not even let my mother in law stay here. Drive five minutes south on Ocean Boulevard and stay at the quaint Belmont Shore Inn instead.

Room is in poor condition. Not clean, wasn't serviced during my stay. Insufficient hot water. Room faces onto noisy parking lot. Poor neighborhood. Refrigerator doesn't work. No amenities other than ethernet.

First time in Long Beach, this Motel is located at an area that after 5 pm, is hard to walk with out encountering people drinking and just not safe.
The place needs a total renovation.

We booked this hotel for three nights in October. My daughter who lives in Long Beach drove by here to let us know what it was like. She called back and told us to cancel. She said lots of seedy people hang around here and it looked filthy. We took her advice and stayed at the Super 8 instead which was great. We had to pay for one night anyway but it was well worth not having to stay here. If you are homeless or like being around a rough crowd, you would probably like this place.

We had business in Wilmington and the port area, so we booked this place because it accepted pets. I booked on the web site and paid via PayPal. When I got to the motel they said the web site doesn't work, the money will not go through, and you don't have a reservation. So I paid again (and will have to get my money back from PayPal).
Let me say that the people who run this place were very nice. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed 1, and they promptly refunded our money.
The pool area looks very nice. We did not use it as it was very cold during the time we stayed there.
The pillows in our room were outstanding. The most comfortable that I can ever remember.
The free breakfast is cheap and basic. The rules of the house are you must go back to your room to drink your coffee and eat your breakfast.
There were no hangars in the closet area.
It was pretty noisy at night. The other guests and their kids were loud; otherwise I would give it a Very Good rating for sleep quality.
But the big turn off for me were a lot of people who seemed to be not guests but permanent residents. Not sure what the deal is with this. Sort of scary.

I was in Long Beach for the Scottish Rites music festival and thought this place looked nice with the heart shaped spa. I arrived when it was just getting dark and I was tired from driving all day from the Bay Area. I could see when i arrived it wasn't a place I should stay alone.
I had already booked my reservation so i have it a try. The people who live there were intimidating-Someone banged on my door after I was done unpacking. The people who live there are up at all hours...The heater was broken. There was hot water though too take a shower after a long day of travels. There was a incense smell in the bathroom. When I was up studying early in the morning reading a play for my acting class I was in I could hear a couple which was bad...
In the morning I heard a lady screaming having a fight with someone...
The pool was not open all year and was dirty after the storms...
The Female owner was nice but the Male owner was rude...
They have nice snacks in the lobby in the morning...
he place needs to move to a better location...
