The one bedroom suite is great for a family of 4 and I especially liked the separate sink/counter in the living room area which allows other people to get ready while someone else is either taking a shower/using the toilet or using the sink/counter in the bathroom. I also liked that there was a door separating the toilet/shower from the sink/counter. The rooms tended to get very cold and it was difficult to control the temperature. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I liked that the mini fridge stayed cold continuously (there was a two hour timer at the Courtyard Buena Park which was extremely annoying and inconvenient.). The location is also close to the freeway and gas station kitty corner to the centerpointe plaza. It was close to stores and eating establishments. The staff is also very helpful. It was a little strange that our room was not ready at 11 pm. The front desk gal had to check to see if the room was clean.

Youth sports team accommodation, 12 rooms. Boys 15U and 17U basketball tourney. Parents and players felt safe that the entrance for was secured and limited to access with a hotel room key. Daily breakfast was sufficient and spacious. Front desk staff was available and friendly and accommodating. They only provided shampoo and soap though, no conditioner or body wash, or lotion. The comfort of the rooms was expected given the value price. Ample and sufficiently lit parking around the property.

Room was great. Comfortable beds. Loved the shower. Great the hotel is pet friendly you could hear some pets but nothing out of control. You could request housekeeping for multiday stays but you could get fresh towels or any other amenities at front desk.

This is solid 3.5 hotel. I gave it a 4 for the staff. Dave at the front desk and the breakfast ladies were friendly and a ray of sunshine. Even the grumpy lady at the front desk got whatever we needed done and there was a few. They gave us 2 rooms in a quiet area, more towels and blankets when asked and switched out a broken hairdryer and light bulbs quickly.
Cons: Beds are definitely doubles not queens. Mattresses, bathrooms and elevators need updating.
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well set up. Breakfast was good. 13-25min from Disneyland depending on traffic. Good area with lots of restaurants. Blackout curtains and a/c. Affordable if you book directly through Wyndham or call the hotel.

Staff was great but the hotel has gone downhill. We have been staying here for many years and seems that as time goes by the room are not kept up. The common areas downstairs look great but once you go to your room it seems you are now in a cheap unkept hotel. This time we stayed, in the 1st room the bathroom light didnt work and exhaust fan was super loud. I asked to get an upgrade and I would just pay the difference, hoping it was kept better but was told there is no such room. The 2nd room the tub would not drain fast enough while showering so we were showering in our own dirty water and hair that was coming out of the drain that did not belong to us. I just hope we dont get an infection. We also saw black mold here and there. In the shower walls. The sink was so rusted that the bottom part had holes, you also had to pull up really hard to turn it on or off since it was stuck. The mirror was missing all the bottom part of its reflective part. There is no fixing it other than replacing it. The worst to us was on our 3rd night there finding that the heavy blancket had what looked like dry poop on it. Which means the cleaning crew did not use a clean blanket and instead just reused a same blanket a previous guest used. This is not acceptable in any way. With covid specially all must be changed and disinfected. I could report this hotel and make it worse for the establishment. But instead I will no longer be doing business here anymore. All the guests i got to talk to agreed that the hotel has gone downhill. One guest said she had been there for a few weeks now and the 2nd elevator has still not been fixed. The receptionist that checked me out made a a list of things i mentioned above and i also showed her a picture of the poop stain and could not believe it. She did try to make things better by crediting me back 1 night of our 3 night stay. I think it would have been better to credit me the 3 nights since i slept in someone elses dirty blanket. In case anybody wants to take the time and verify my finding, it was room 603. I hope this really reaches someone that cares and will make a difference for future guests.

Front desk wouldn't answer the phone. No tv remote, tv not working. Air conditioning maintenance fine...but a/c parts litter the hallway. Power washing the a/c filters in the parking lot next to visitors cars.

Hotel staff are very nice, rooms are clean, but need updating. Daily breakfast it TERRIBLE, with hardly anything offered! No hot food, coffee is warm, and containers often left empty. They shouldn't even advertise they serve "Breakfast," because they really don't!

Although the location of this hotel was great for my business conference, I was dismayed by the lack of protein in any breakfast foods offered. I went to a Starbucks across the street the next day in desperation, (you really have to be desperate) and had a flavor-free "cheese and bacon" sandwich in an attempt to fortify myself for the road.
The room was OK, but it smelled as if they had not changed the carpet since smoking was allowed.

We had finished an entire day at Disneyland, and we were exhausted! They got us checked in quick and off to bed! Room was very clean and quiet! It seems they recently had a remodel. Our hallway and room smelled like new carpet. Also I am very tall, 6’4, the shower head was awesome. Excellent pressure and placed high! Little things that make staying in a hotel great! We will definitely stay here again. About 15 mins from Disneyland!

This is my third trip to this particular hotel. Check in is always easy. The rooms are always clean and properly stocked with towels. They did offer a continental breakfast which was minimal but sufficient considering the times that we are in. Like check in, check out was a breeze. An added plus is being able to bring my dog without having to pay a deposit or extra fees. The outside could use a bit of a refurbishing but other than that, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this particular hotel.

I would assume that if you are able to sleep with three small children in your bed that you wouldn't have any problems there.

I would call them and ask for early check in. With prior notice, I'm sure they would try to accommodate you.
