Very clean rooms and very clean overall hotel. Breakfast was consistently very good and well stocked during entire 3-hour window every day of our 13 night stay. Breakfast staff kept whole area clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Front counter staff were courteous and helpful from day 1 to day 13. The high ratings for this hotel are legit and well-deserved. Our 18-yr old son, who has been in quite a few hotels during his life, said this was the best hotel in which we had ever stayed. We agreed.

We had a horrible experience with an Airbnb stay and we needed to get out of there the next day! We booked Hampton Inn the night before and when we called the next morning to try and get an early check in, the staff couldn't have been nicer. We were able to check in hours before the regular 3pm time. The room was very comfortable, modern, and had excellent features. It was quiet and in a great location! Great value for the money. Parking was $24/day which was annoying, but the room price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

New clean friendly professional and personable. Business friendly convenient. I would recommend electric car chargers at some point in the future to be installed. The food area is wonderful. There are healthy snacks and wonderfully unhealthy ones too!

One of the best hotels we stayed at, which says a lot, because we travel a lot as a family so we stayed at many hotels in different states. The staff are wonderful, professional and courteous. Robert and Eric at the reception and also the shuttle complimentary service were extremely helpful and very nice. The breakfast staff were very attentive, professional. The breakfast were full of good varieties and well prepared. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

We are Hilton Honors members so we expected better treatment at this property than we received. The air conditioning in our room was faulty. The room never got below 77 degrees even though we set the temperature at 64 which is the temperature we use for sleep. Very disappointed.

Bath door wouldn't stay shut. Kept sliding. Barnyard type.. otherwise it was excellent...would go back. Also the shower hose sprayed water lost some water pressure. The Continental breakfast was amazing.

We use Hampton Inn Orange County/Irvine frequently to book rooms for our customers when we host trainings on the west coast. Every time we have used the hotel the staff is courteous, pleasant and willing to help in any way they can to ensure our group has a great stay. We love this hotel. Of all the hotels in the vicinity, we come back to this one again and again. The rooms are well maintained, everything is in working condition. Lots of outlets for us since we are usually working in the room. Housekeeping does an excellent job, towels and linens are always fresh and nicely placed. Overall the room/bathroom is laid out as functionally as possible for our stay. Iesha at the front desk was super helpful when we had separate reservations we had to combine so we could stay in the same room (tacked on vacation to a work trip). Other front desk reps we’ve interacted with are all helpful as well. We’ve stayed many times now, almost once a month now starting last summer. There are several Hilton branded hotels in the vicinity that we pick from (long standing Hilton Diamond members) for our visit to Irvine and we like this Hampton Inn and Suites the best. The $24/day parking rate is a little high for an uncovered and unmonitored lot though. …

We stayed for one night for family Easter gathering the next day. Nice location in business park, clean, plenty of parking, and secure. Hotel has a nice 24 hr slection of snacks, drinks, and food if arriving late. The room is spotless, everything works; no issues at all. Staff and front desk super friendly and effiecent. While a "free" breakfast is always a welcome addition, we thought the food was on the cool side (lukewarm eggs, sausage, etc). However, we would stay here again. Highly recommend.
