No body was at the front desk when I arrived at 11PM. I rang about a dozen times before someone finally came. When I got on the elevator, there was grafitti in the elevator which got me a bit nervous.

The room (418) over all was clean, but the rug was obviously faded and worn. The walls are not sound proof, you can hear everyone in the hallway and next door. The A/C unit was rather loud and bathroom while clean had a really old toilet seat, that was faded, the tub while clean, had rings and stains. The sheets while clean were very thin and well as the comforter what was REALLY REALLY thin. Internet worked well,

While the buffet was open, it was unattended and messy and not appealing, the eggs were dry, and potatoes and sausage looked grey, this was at 9 am. especially for 150 bucks a night. There were no juices in the juice machine, the coffee was warm and not hot. The waffle batter was AWFUL and made thick frisbees that had the consistency of wall paper paste. The waffle machines were unattended and messy.

Most thins were nice except for two issues, which I will address later. The bed was comfortable, so were the sheets, there were plenty of electrical outlets. The room had plenty of space, with a couch and a convertible bed. Everything was clean and in good repair. The A.C. worked well. Breakfast was only acceptable with the bare minimum, eggs sausage and potatoes, some breads to choose from and a waffle maker. No fruit and I don't remember any cereal.

Now for the two issues. The internet was terrible. Once I got a connection, it was fine but after about 45 minutes, it kicked me off for about 15 minutes. This happened repeatedly all night.

The second issue was bizarre, close to midnight, I heard a gurgling sound in the bathroom and went in to see what it was . It sounded like someone in the floor above me was taking a shower and I could see the source of the sound. Their shower water was draining into my bathtub. I could see hair and soap scum as it bubbled up. I called for maintenance to come up, but by the time they arrived, it had drained. Maintenance look at it and left. The management never apologized nor offered a discount.

If these two issues were fixed, it would be a nice place to stay.

We got 2 rooms for our group. They both showed wear and tear--dresser drawers broken, dings on wall, etc. The refrigerator was missing in one room and shut off in the other. The web site advertised a hot breakfast but when we found it was "grab and go" and pretty pathetic. The rooms were OK. We didn't use the hot tub but it was tiny.

Best place I've stayed yet. The staff is super friendly super nice Juan is super friendly,nice and helpful same goes for Brian and Leo they're all very helpful. I had no problem switching my room and it was only because my friend didn't like the set up I was happy with it but my friend wasn't so we went down stairs and we were given no trouble at all. The housekeepers do a wonderful job cleaning the rooms especially Ines she's on top of things and is always happy to help if you toilet paper or towel let her know and she gets you taken care or immediately. I enjoy staying here all the employees are great.

I was checked in from 6/9 - 6/13. The check in was good with even a complimentary bigger room. I thought my stay was going to be great but it turned out to the not so good after that. We dropped off our luggage and left for a few hours and we came back with our bathroom sink filled up sewer water and look like it exploded! Smelly, dirty, black water went everywhere on the counters ans floor and got on my clothing. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone didn’t work! I had to go to the desk at that time the agent seem he didn’t care and said ok I’ll come up in 5 mins. After like 20 mins later he came with a bottle of bleach and said he’ll check back in 15 mins to see if drains then. It was already 10pm and I was tired from my day out, while waiting for the guy to come in 15 mins I was dosing off and halfway asleep. I fell asleep for like 45 min- 1 hour and no one came yet!! I had to get up again and go back for the front desk which at that time they moved me but to a much much smaller room. During my stay there was many problems: the refrigerator didn’t work, my room keys didn’t work for 3 days straight -every day we came back from our outings we went back for the room and discovered the keys stopped working, which every time I had to go back down and get them activated again. There was stains on the sheets and blankets in the 2nd room. I had ask for new linen and it never came. The room got serviced the next day and the same linens were still there. I end up just throwing the stains linen in one corner and not using them. Their “breakfast” is a joke! I will be posted pictures and leaving my review on every search engine I can find regarding this hotel.

Blood stains in carpet room's & elevator, hair in/on beds,room's smelled like urine, Worst customer service, the manager really tried to charge us all (4 couples/4 room's) for 1 one nite after only being there for 20 -30 min ! We had to tell him that we are calling the health department.
As a matter of fact we still haven't received our refund. Its been 2 weeks and now working with the bank.

Our room and floor smelled like dog urine. Our bathroom had rust around the frame, tape on the toilet seat and no blow dryer.

It was too late to make reservations else where so we ended up going to the local Walmart to buy bed sheets set, a blanket, Lysol spray and hand sanitizer.

To top everything off the elevator was broken and no do not disturb sign for our door.

A staff members was also smoking right outside the door allowing her cigarette odor to consume the lobby area.

I was very disappointed with this hotel and quality of stay provided.

Dirty place. No hot breakfast. Dirty carpet. Bath had no stopper for the tub. Maid service did not clean the room on day 2 of my stay. Entry light in the room did not work. Grab n go bags we’re not available on day one. Grab n go bags were a joke when they were available on day 2 and 3. Small water small fruit small pastry. This was an uncomfortable stay.

I just checked into this property about 2 hours ago. I identified myself as a diamond member but was told he had nothing he could offer in the way of an upgrade. He did give my wife a drink and snack as a thank you. I asked to be on the side away from the street. I asked for the east side of the hotel. He said he could do that but what I got was the other side of the building. I went down to talk to him because there was no ice bucket or remote for the tv. He insisted there was an ice bucket, there WAS NOT. I asked him at that point to be moved to the 4th floor and now after saying he had plenty of rooms I was told he was sold out. There were a stack of already assigned rooms papers. It's one of those places that will not reassign rooms. Very unfair to elite members and to people that arrive early. Takes a ton of work to make sure the customer gets what they want. Don't know how most of you out there look at this practice but to me it shows laziness and lack of consideration for the customer. I'm not going to tell you this is a bad place, haven't been here long enough to decide but I would not stay here again just because of the management people. Really sad they don't care what their customers want. No refridgerator or coffee machine in unit. This is not a 3 star property. Hope I'm wrong because I want is a good nights rest. If I don't update this post it is because the property turned out to be as bad as the people who run it.

We had a great stay at this La Quinta Inn & suites location. The rooms are nice and clean. We were happy to know they allow pets and be able to bring our dog with us on this family trip. I know breakfast it’s free and it’s not included on my room rate but at least they’re giving out the grab n go bags.

The only fee we had was for our dog. Different days of the week cost more though. We had to pay more for Christmas eve and day.

Yes there is a business center and pages can be printed. This hotel is safe enough that nothing has ever gone missing but I am sure they have a safe for valuables in the hotel lobby.
