FIVE Star service, excellent location, terrific amenities--I cannot recommend them enough. We were expecting a humble two star inn (as advertised), but the rooms were extremely clean, the beds were phenomenally comfy, right across the street there was a supermarket and restaurants, there was even a light by the bed with electrical outlets near the bed and information about the region. All the facilities were excellent and as advertised! (In fact, the Wi-fi was faster than the Wi-fi in our own apartment lol!) Most of all, the 24 hour front desk was OUTSTANDING. They were so helpful. We came with a bunch of our college students and the staff were SO kind and welcoming! Each time we needed something, someone helped us (they were never like "oh we don't know how, sorry".) Thank you for the wonderful stay!!!

We've stayed here two or three times a year for the past three or four years. Never had an issue. The rooms were renovated several years ago and they have kept them up nicely, good beds, basic but decent breakfast, you might have to take it back to your room because there is very limited seating. The parking lot is tight and not always enough room in the lot, but there is free street parking, and the neighborhood is good. It is a short drive into downtown Glendale where all the action is, lots of different restaurants a little further down the way from the motel, a Ralphs supermarket right across the street. We have always paid under $100 per night for a king size room, if it's more than that look elsewhere first. There are other choices close by, but we feel this is the best bang for your buck.

The Glenridge Inn is typical motel, family run , well maintained, very clean and comfortable. We have been there four days and are very satisfied. Beds are comfortable with a size adequate for two people, space in the room was enough for three people without stepping on each other’s toes. Three is no noise from the street, but if you are on the ground floor you may hear noise from the room above yours. The room has a microwave, a larger fridge than average for hotels, ironing board and iron. There is ample parking in the motel lot, we never had a problem finding a spot, even if the venue was full. The location is perfect, very close to freeway 134 and 2, 5 minutes from Pasadena and twenty minutes from downtown LA. There is always somebody available at the reception and the location is video surveilled, we had a feeling of being safe. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We will certainly go back and I definitely recommend it.

I will NEVER stay at this property again. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and it will be posted to there file. The rooms smell like smoke, the customer service is terrible. I tried reaching out to the hotel numerous times, no answer. Following this, I filed a complaint with the BBB and asked for a refund. I would have been happy with 50% anything really. I was told NO, and that I had no right to feel the way I did, and cannot compare them to super 8…. I hate to break it to you, but I’m allowed as a consumer to compare the hotel to whichever hotel I want to. And to say my feelings aren’t valid, is ridiculous. I won’t ever stay here again, and you should all be aware of the business practices they follow, and the way you are treated as a guest here. Don’t come here. Go to a property like a Marriott, or even a Super 8, I’ve had better service there.

Arrived 9pm and Night Manager was pleasant and helpful during the late check-in process. Even helped in bringing two huge luggages up two flights of stairs. Went out for water at 1:30am and walked about 100 meters to the gas station convenience store and didn't encounter any one except the store's manager and a guy filling up his van. Only downside -- no breakfast was served due to the pandemic and no free coffee nor free water were offered.

Stayed at the property two nights. The location is excellent it's right across a 2 minute walk to some restaurants & Ralphs grocery for all your items. The place was very clean & they made our beds both days & supplied clean towels. I was amazed that onsite parking was always had availability even when we got home late. Manager was a very nice person & helpful & I will come back again. Safe neighborhood & reasonable prices.

This place is utterly disgusting - all of the bedding is stained, the AC and fridge have compressor issues and literal blobs of hair will fall from the shower. There are moldy yogurt containers outside of each unit to “solve” AC issue. Stay away!

Free parking, clean rooms, convenient location, easy reservation, nice housekeeping, friendly office staff. This is a two-story, standard outdoor hallway motel. It’s on a major street in Glendale, but my room was quiet. It’s not fancy. It has a window A/C unit, but it kept working through this extreme heatwave (105 degrees over several days) and kept the place cool. I wear earplugs, but the A/C may be loud for some. Has nice-sized fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable. Comforter was thin if you like a heavier weight, but it was fine. If you want a luxurious stay, this isn’t your place, but it was perfect for me for a couple of days when my own AC was broken. I will definitely recommend to my out of town visitors.

Chose this place as it is close to where my brother is staying, as well as reasonably priced. Check-in is done through a window (perhaps due to COVID). Friendly staff. Parking was easy and it was right next to the room. The room itself was good. No coffee maker, but it has a fridge and microwave. Also have a hair dryer and ironing board. Cleaning staff did a good job sprucing up the room, and provided the towels I needed. A/C was working well.
The only thing I didn't like was one night there was a loud car that arrived shortly after midnight, but I was already close to REM sleep, that I didn't really care. But the noise disappeared quickly as I really went to sleep. But that was just one night. The other night was quiet.
Walking distance to Ralph's super market. There's also restaurants and other shops nearby. Overall, it was nice.
