We stayed here while we visited Disney Land. Its fairly close. I skated to the park in about 20 minutes. (I skate slow). We took a Lyft for $15 to get to the park.
The breakfast is OK. There are prepackaged foods available in a fridge. A microwave a waffle maker and a toaster.
The parking lot is fenced in and guarded by an electric gate

This hotel turned out to be better than I expected as they do have refrigerator and microwave which I was looking for three days stay. The hotel is clean. The breakfast is included. The parking is gated and only cost 5$/day. Overall, everything is beyond my expectation for the price I paid. I will come back to this hotel if I visit Anaheim again.

Let me start by saying I already miss it and I'm not back yet 24hrs. The staff starting with Mr.Fernando so sweet and professional, Abraham who I would out with in the middle of the night cause I couldn't sleep and couldn't stay in my room with tv on or make noise cause my hubby needed his beauty rest, he would make a fresh pot of coffee and just talk about life stuff, he is amazing. Then there is Luis who is a doll and so friendly, and Estefani , that is professional, sweet, and great lovable personality. Gino who is a newbee, but I could tell he will make a great addition to this hotel. And Maria at housekeeping, very dedicated and amazing at her job, love her. Breakfast is good, And Maria makes sure everything is clean and is in order. (Different Maria). Hotel is very clean, needs a little things done here and there. But I'm sure Manuel will take care of that.. convenient to a lot of places to go, especially Disneyland where there is a shuttle bus from this hotel for a fee of 6 bucks roundtrip. Our 7th time at this hotel, my husband and I travel a lot especially to SoCal, and there is no other hotel we would go to that would make me as happy and i have been told that making me happier can be hard at times.. see you again soon!!!!!

Everything in this hotel looks worn out and just on the verge of being outright dirty. The water was barely warm enough to shower in on the first morning and the shower itself was marginally clean. This hotel is screaming for an update.

Just stayed at a Holiday Inn in Bakersfield compared to this one it was not very good.

The bed was so uncomfortable and the noise in the hallway went on till very late.
The bathrooms need work. Surely replacing a faucet in the bathroom can’t be that expensive. It grossed me out to be washing my hands with a tap looking like this.
Won’t be returning to this location for sure.

Hello 480deniseh, Thank you for your feedback. It is unfortunate that we were not able to elevate your stay experience with us due to the noise you experienced coming from the hallway and amenities in your bathroom that were not up to the par with the cleanliness that you had expected. Our Hotel Management and our maintenance team has been notified of your concerns and are working diligently to ensure that we do not allow our future guests to have this kind of experience. We are determined to deliver a combined sense of comfort and happiness. At the end of the day, it is the smile that we see in our guests and the joy that you share of your stay that we always look forward to. We hope to host your stay soon should you come by our way. This place charges hotel guests to park! $5/day. I am disabled with a handicap parking placard, yet they still charged me $5/day. They did not respond to complaints with the main Wyndham office that were forwarded to them, nor complaints left directly at their front desk. They STILL have not responded a week later. Problem #2: My reservation CLEARLY stated "Free Breakfast" - yet they insisted on charging me $10/day for breakfast! You could not Pay Me to go back to this hotel - they will nickel & dime you for things that are supposed to be included. Worst experience I've had as a hotel guest and will never use them again.

This place used to be a Holiday Inn Express in the not-too-distant past. Apparently, they had let it run down completely before selling it. The microwave oven buttons were all rubbed off, so you couldn't see where to hit the start button. The amenities were mismatched odd brands. The breakfast was a joke. Prepackaged carbs, supposedly due to COVID, but other hotels are back to offering breakfast buffets, so this place is just lazy and cheap. You had to use your key to access the elevator. It was a cheap, apparently clean place to stay, and we were just there for 10 hours, so not much else to say. I would not stay here again. There are too many inexpensive options near Disneyland to waste my money on this one.

so hotel frommthw front looks great, but upon entering the hotel alot.of issues and concerns that management shoud take care of. Thw staff seems to be on their phones alot, not very professional at all but all young kids working at front desk. So will need room card to access elevator this was a pain the rear. also charged to park $5 didn't think that was right and was never posted on the website as I was told it was. ok so now for the room , the room itself was nice except the smlee of cat piss and none seemed to care to fix the issue, the fridge didn't work good at all, the couch well lets say I've sat on cement that was more comfortable. didn't care for tv in the living room only and not really decent size TV. the shower had great flow and hot water and hsoer head does work great for a taller guy , the bed very comfy and clean I had a balcony which I truly enjoyed in the end I would of gave 4 stars if the room didn't smell like cat piss and the fridge worked

Do not recommend.
Check in was smooth. While we were winding down someone tried to enter our room, glad we always use the door guard for extra precaution.
We jumped to our feet and looked to see and no one was nearby, but they probably went down the stairwell which was near our room.
Called the front desk to let them know and was perceived as we were making up a story. Front desk clerk responded with "We don't issue keys to anyone else, I don't know who would do that." I asked if she could ask around as we were now feeling unsafe.
20 minutes later we received a call back from front desk letting us know that it was maintenance who had to fix something. I asked what they needed to fix and she could not provide me with an answer nor did we receive an apology.
Stayed somewhere else the next night.
Carpet felt unclean.
AC was way too loud and bathroom door would not close completely.

There is one elevator that fits only 4 people.
3 max if you have luggage.

Quiet corner of Anaheim. 10 minutes away from Disneyland which we were able to uber round trip for less than Disney Parking.

Although being an IHG Platinum Elite member, the front desk staff was not polite and did not bother to give me IHG benefits (water bottle, upgrade) despite the hotel being half empty hotel due to the threat of Corona. Missed opportunity I would say. Location very good, near Disney in Anaheim. And breakfast acceptable too (as in any HI Express)

So does the hotel have a free shuttle to Disneyland? I’m seeing conflicting reviews! Or just ART? Thanks
Answer from TravelRenegade
Orlando, Florida45 contributions49 helpful votes
We were there in June and ART was the only means of transportation from this hotel to Disney. $6.00 per person and it gets you there in about 10-15 minutes. The stop is at the park’s transportation center so you are real close to the gates.
