Everyone here is friendly and the location is perfect.. I had a high floor room and I was able to see the fireworks every night.. spacious rooms and breakfast was good too.. it’s recommended for families and couples who are staying for a long term and visiting Disneyland

It has been awhile since I have stayed here. I’m a Diamond member & was immediately treated as such with Gadia in Check-in. Corina is also SPECTACULAR @ the Front Desk. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They were very quick to respond to any request for extra towels or anything else we needed during our 4 night stay. We had difficultly with payment from the booking company, and the manager took care of it within a few minutes of hearing about it.

My stay here was great! The receptionist were really friendly the rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. I definitely recommend this place for families traveling to Disneyland it is very close by. Overall an amazing stay!

I am a huge fan of Homewood Suites and the service was great, but the rooms are terribly run down. I have been staying at this location for years and its been getting worse and worse. I usually get two rooms each time and have been moved to other rooms when we had issues such as AC not working. But this last time will be our last at this Homewood Suites. The rooms are run down all around. If it was not for the great service from staff I would give 1 star.

This hotel is so dirty, the pictures of this hotel isn’t even close to what it actually was the lobby smelled so gross. The rooms smells really bad, Shower floor was disgustingly, and was filthy Don't stay here!

I stayed at this property in the past and had no issues. This time, not so much. The room was filthy. Stains on the bedspread and lampshades. Shower floor was disgustingly dirty. Shower drain plug was rusted off. Door hinges were missing. Dirt and grime on light switches.

Poor up keep, rooms look worn out, lots of scratches/scrapes on the walls, duck tape holding broken furniture together, no pots or pans or ice buckets. Hallway full of dirty sheets/towels and garbage, because you had to put it there for housekeeping to replace the sheets/towels or for them to remove the garbage

The pictures of this hotel isn’t even close to what it actually was. The lobby smelled so gross and felt so humid. The free breakfast was the same everyday and was not too great. Once we went into our room there was lots of stains on lamps, carpet, walls etc. when you turned on the sink it was struggling at first and then it would be okay. You have to flush the toilet a couple times to have it actually flush all the way. It wasn’t until I was in the bathroom and noticed an ant, every day more and more would appear. It started with 1 then 3 to the point that there was at least 15 in one setting. I felt grossed out and wanted to stay away from the bathroom area. Location was good if you’re wanting to go to Disney but you have to pay $20 per night for parking after you just paid so much for a disgusting room. The workers are nice and you can’t really blame them for just working there. But I can tell that they have had this kind of complain before and it’s just sad. This hotel needs a serious remodel and needs to be more accurate about what people are going to be getting when reserving a room here. All I can say is that I definitely will not be staying at this hotel ever again. So gross!!! Please deep clean your rooms and get an exterminator!…

There are two Homewood Suites within 3 blocks of each other but they are world's apart in quality. Don't choose this one. The entire building is worn and out-dated. The bathroom had a horrible smell which permeated the entire suite. The AC vent was in between both beds and blew so loud and hard it was impossible to sleep. I am a frequent Hilton customer and found this to be one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. My daughter and her family stayed at the Convention Center location and it was completely different.
