Excellent service ...employees like Kevin at the front desk, he is destined to succeed in all that he does... The rooms are clean and they are spacious and just comfortable to be in. They have filtered water next to the ice machines so u can refill whenever you want... I want to express my gratitude to Lee, I appreciate you treating me civilized, thank you.

I enjoyed my stay here while visiting Disneyland. The room was nice and very large with an extremely comfortable bed. Front desk staff were excellent—I had ordered Instacart to arrive before me and when I checked in they pulled it out without my asking. When I had questions they were always available and there were no lines.
The housekeeping was disappointing as they did not service my room on one of my two full hotel days, and for me this is a big determinant in enjoying a hotel stay. I had taken a nap midday and they did not return to clean. Most hotels accommodate their cleaning and here they just skipped me. Getting back to a room at midnight to have it still full of wet towels and smelling musty and like stale coffee is not great.
The pool area was pleasant but in need a f TLC with large areas of paint and cement damage in the pool and hot tub. I have not seen a pool in use in such disrepair before.
Location was good on the #3 grove line of the transit system to Disneyland and a $10 Uber ride away most times.
Despite the issues with housekeeping and disrepair of the pool, I would return given pricing, location, comfort of room and quality of front desk service.

This Hotel was great and was very comfortable we stayed there for three days. My only complaints is the rooms do not have microwaves and you have to pay 20 dollars a night to park. The pool is nice and the hot tub. The gym is fully loaded and well equipped. The people downstairs are very helpful. There are a lot of places to eat around the hotel. You get complimentary water bottles all day. The breakfast is a buffet but it costs 20 dollars a person and 10 for kids. They have an open bar and a night restuaraunt to enjoy. Great hotel you get your moneys worth but it is always packed due to Disneyland nearby. Most people only stay at this hotel for disney nearby. People come on and off all day. It is a high traffic hotel. Expect to eat a lot while there since it lacks facilities to store personal food. This hotel is decent but you must have an additional 100 to leave a s a deposit which you eventually get back but you r parking and hotel store visit purchases are taken from. Do not expect to get a full refund though. There are too many incidental fees that get taken from your deposit.

+1
Old Wyndham Resort type property purchased by Marriott several years ago. Still looks as though it is undergoing renovations and property is semi-neglected, has a run down dirty feeling with dirty floors, hallways and is grossly understaffed. The rooms are average in size but look to have renovated in recent years with upgraded Marriott fixtures/bedding etc. the hallways, elevators and common areas of the hotel were in need of attention. Walking to the elevator from the lobby there were several pieces of random trash on the floor, the tile ps were broken, cracked in the elevators and had a general dirty feeling. After exiting the elevator, the trash on the floor was still visible with misc. napkins, Kleenex, q-tips and just general trash scattered throughout. Not the trash people set outside their doors for the maids to take but more general upkeep/vacuuming that was lacking. (See pictures). The room had a musty smell, there was 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth and 2 shower towels in the room. The AC worked great but vent was pointing directly at the pillows of the bed and could not be moved. Cold air blew on the face/head all night because of this. (Poor room/bed layout) The parking is somewhat of an issue with a neighboring Marriott Suites next door. The front of the Delta has a small lot for 30-40 cars but the. The regular parking lot is shared with the Marriott next door and is in a dark, grimy, unsafe feeling back parking lot. There is a small sidewalk/walkway from the rear parking lot to the side entrance of the delta that is surrounded but apartments, bushes and grungy looking general areas. The surrounding area is dark, grimy and seems a little unsafe if straying too far off hotels grounds. There is several restaurants within a 2 min walk but most have terrible service, are understaffed and close early. Not my 1st time staying at this property but will probably be my last given how the service and overall feeling of this hotel hasn’t changed in several years. Overall a 3 at best.

This hotel does not honor Marriott's coivd19 refund policies. They are happy to cancel your stay and say they will refund your money, and then 90 days later say that they aren't actually going to give you the refund. They do offer free parking instead at that specific hotel, which is totally worth the $1000 they stole.

We traveled to this hotel in anticipation of a Disney Vacation, however given the current global circumstances our trip was cut short to a single night as the parks announced they were closing shortly after we arrived(no fault of the hotel) and our government was recommending the immediate return of all citizens. When we notified the hotel upon check-in that we would only be staying one night (of our pre-paid 4 night stay) given the situation, the front desk personnel laughed in our faces telling us we were overreacting and continued to make snide comments as they checked us in. We reached out to Marriot to request a credit for the nights not used as we intend on returning to use our purchased park passes at a later date. Marriot responded that it was an independently owned hotel and the hotel was refusing any sort of credit for the nights not used. We reached out to the hotel directly via a survey they sent and werr advised to email the general manager, which we did; however we received no response. We understand these are unprecedented circumstances, however the lack of compassion, professionalism or willingness to work with customers who aren't asking for monetary compensation, but just the opportunity to use their unused prepaid nights at a later date, shows a lack of integrity and is exceptionally poor customer service. Although the property is lovely and in a fantastic location, their lack of business ethics would dissuade us from booking the property again.

I had 2 of my wedding events at this hotel and the service from the beginning was horrible. We initially had contact with Connie Esquivel who when meeting with her, quoted us a lower price per person for our events since we were having 2 events as opposed to 1 and after drafting the contract, she completely denied agreeing on said price. My fiancé and I both met with her and witnessed the discussion of such price so for her to outright lie was completely shocking and unprofessional. She vehemently denied agreeing to said price which completely rubbed us the wrong way from the very beginning. Even with the drafting of the agreement, I had to make so many corrections that she as the contact person should have caught herself. Fast forward to our actual events...during the first event, my family had dropped off fresh flowers to be held in the refrigerator for one of the customs that were gonna take place later on. Whoever was at the front desk at the hotel (I wish I got names but I was too busy at my own wedding event) was going into a back and forth for an hour with my family saying they didn't have it or know where it was and acting extremely rude about it. It was a poor use of our time seeing that we had a 350 person event taking place that my family should have been tending to instead of arguing about something that was in the hotel's purview. In the end after consistently denying that they had the flowers, the flowers miraculously showed up in said refrigerator. Then at the actual event, we had countless guests complain about the temperature in the ballroom so much so that they even left because it was very uncomfortable for them. The fact that the hotel had no mechanism to turn on the AC or keep it running was just ridiculous. The same thing happened at my second wedding event where the temperature was just too hot and people kept complaining. We paid for each person's seat and for them to be uncomfortable with something out of our (the client's) control was again so ridiculous. That was money wasted on our end that we never got back. The service we received or lack thereof was just the worst I've ever experienced. I would never recommend anyone to stay here or host their event here. The lies, rudeness, and unprofessional nature of the people in charge is something no one should ever experience especially on one of the biggest days of their lives.

I’ve stayed at this place a few times and the main things I can comment on that could use improvement would be at the water in the bathroom and shower is extremely hard and it makes your skin very dry. For this reason I cannot stay at this hotel for more than one night at a time because my skin suffers. It’s possible that the water softener at the hotel is not working or it’s simply not softening the water enough.
I’ve also found carpet in some of the rooms I’ve stayed in to be overly stained.
Other than that, it’s good value for money

Do not stay here! I repeat do not stay here. This hotel was so horrible everything went completely wrong. The front desk staff is not an actual staff just a bunch of random people who they hired to do a subpar job. One of the managers (Miguel) in particular is absolutely impossible to deal with he will make you regret staying there. Stuff is poorly trained and don’t know how to operate the hotel. I had so many issues while staying there for one week they stole items from my room as well as they still haven’t given me back deposit! Like this place is a scam and needs to go out of business honestly,
It was just that bad! I’m very well travel at this by far is the worst place I’ve ever been in my life! Take my advice. There are several many hotels in the area just buy a different place to spend your money.

This use to be a Wyndham. Since becoming Delta the customer service dropped. Last night it hit a new low. We tried for 7 hours to get more bedding. They stated they had none at the front desk. Housekeeping said they did have some and would bring it. 7 hours later and multiple attempts nothing. Blow dryer didn’t work and was half melted. Toilet didn’t flush. Neighbors having a fight through a paper thin door. Front desk had their ringer turned off intentionally and wouldn’t answer calls from our room or calls from our cell phones. Line in the lobby was 30 minutes long. No parking, so you end up parking across the street in restaurant parking, yet they charge you parking and resort fees.
They did nothing to try and resolve any concerns. I would t take a free room.
The beds are nice. Room was clean enough. Customer service was what I would expect from a 2 star rodeside inn.
