First of all , I’ve been coming to this hotel since 1996 and it’s always been very welcoming. The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and beds are super comfy! The location is perfect as I run horses at Los Alamitos Race course nearby. It’s my home away from home. Italia and Jaymee, thank you so much for all your help and attention throughout my stay. You are both sweet and wonderful! Will definitely continue to pick this hotel for my future travel plans. I highly recommend it! :-)

I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of amazing hotels, but the service here is above and beyond Amazing 👏. Starting from the Front Desk Service by Italia and her infectious smile and making us feel welcomed. When we were hanging out in the lounge area with family, she came over to us and asked if there was anything we needed, not once or twice but 3 times, we could not believe it. I was just floored with the Hospitality we were given. The next morning we had breakfast at the Bistro, and the Great Service continued. Jessica who was taking our order, was so patient with us because we didn't know what we wanted, and served with a smile the whole time. it continued with our server, I didn't get his name, but excellent service. When we checked out, Italia was working the Front Desk and I Thanked her for her Amazing service. Everyone that I was in contact with made me feel like a VIP. I will definitely be back. …

My siblings and I booked three rooms to celebrate my brother's birthday over the weekend. One of the rooms, my brother accidentally made along distance phone call, that resulted in us getting charged at the end of our stay. One of the staff employees Ms.Hall (who checked us in) saved us from getting charged. She literally went above and beyond guest service and my expectations of customer service. My family and I will never forget what you did Ms.Hall!! I also, want to thank Italia for being wonderful to me throughout my stay. From the housekeepers to the front desk everyone was pleasant. I stayed at the Courtyard Cypress while visiting for a Disneyland cast members reunion. Everything about the hotel was perfect! All of the Courtyard “cast members” were friendly and helpful. Jessica, in particular stopped what she was doing and got my coffee for me with a smile! Walt would have been proud!

The hotel is located in a fantastic location near great food, but if you need a drink or food, Jessica will take care of you at the Bistro. It's nice after a long day not to venture out of the hotel. She'll help you with excellent service in the lobby Bistro.

Italia and the front desk staff were extremely helpful in correcting a reservation error I had and getting me checked in quickly. It is the little things that make good experiences great. This is one of those times where a potential headache was avoided. Thank you to the staff!

Jessica at Starbucks was so nice and helpful! They had just closed and she went the extra mile to get me and my daughter some food for breakfast. My daughter had a tennis tournament so she needed to eat. Raul the cook was so helpful too! It is so nice to interact with kind, helpful people. Thank you Jessica and Raul!
