Detailed Reviews
Nice hotel with nice staff. Was put off by the 25 dollar resort fee as we arrived late and left early. Plus I have never had to pay extra for use of a gym, hot tub or pool at a hotel even it we had the time to use it. For the hotel this should be the cost of doing business not a charge to be levied. Room was great and besides the fee was happy to stay there.

John S, Thank you for your comments. We appreciate all of the feedback we receive and we work on all of the suggestions. We appreciate the comments about the staff as well. The resort also pays for valet, water in the rooms and a $10 Food and Beverage Voucher to be used at any of our outlets. Looking forward to your next visit. Thank you, Hotel Team

Booked here to get away from extreme heatwave hitting So California, enjoyed the stay so much we booked an extra day. We'll definitely come back. The staff was extremely friendly. Enjoyed the food and pool although it was very small

Commerce is the busiest poker club in the LA area. It has a huge poker room that’s always jam packed. Another room with table games, mostly wild Baccarat players hitting the Dragon.
The bar can be lively.
I come for poker.
4-8 all the way up,
Staff and dealers are friendly.
Sometimes the regular poker players can be a nuisance, and some extremely rude players griping at the dealers as if the bad luck is their fault, but don’t let that keep you away.
I believe the hotel is a class act, very reliable and decent.
Citadel Shopping outlets a short wLk away

I'm an Espire Elite member of IHG. I'm used to the luxury in the Middle East so I was shocked how basic this hotel is. The rooms are very basic, no basic room amenities and the room was very noisy.
I would like to share with you my experience staying at this hotel, which is not great.
1. The room was very noisy and whenever the next room opens the hot water, I can hear a very loud sound from the boiler. I woke up at 5am on three days and couldn't go back to sleep and one night we couldn't sleep until 2am because the next door guests were having a late shower.
2. No amenities in the room. Not even the basic things.
3. The furniture in the rooms is old and the rooms need to be renovated.
4. The staff are not very friendly.
My wife asked for milk at the breakfast so they gave her a tiny pot and when she asked for more milk, the waitress told her "you should have said from the beginning that you need a lot of milk".
Another day on the breakfast, there was no toast or croissant so we asked for refill. We were told that the person responsible for refilling the buffet is on his coffee break. We were shocked when we heard that.
5. I asked for late check out for one room until 5pm. My request was rejected and they said the latest they can offer was 2pm. After a short argument, they agreed to extend it until 3pm.

We were here for a family vacation and extremly disappointed to find the rooms were dirty after checking in we immeadiatly had to request to be moved to diffferent rooms after finding dirty bed linens and what appeared to be dried bodily fluids on the nightstands. The rooms we were moved to were less than satisfactory and after discussing it at the front desk we were refused a full refund and the most we were offered was a discount rate on the rooms. The hotel overall was dirty and run down with the smell of smoke overwhelming throughout the hallways of the guest floors. The hot tub was broken and I attempted several times to contact the front desk from the courtesy phone at the pool but no would answer.

I got overcharged for booking, and I also got overcharged for parking. if someone is not looking at the receipt, then they make lots of money by doing this to everyone.
Also, I asked for water and they said water is provided for free only for the first night :| tell me Mr smart, what if someone reserves a room for 4 times but not at once? then they get water 4 times. unbelievable

I just wanted to let you all know that the stay at this hotel for New Years was wonderful, we felt secure and we felt appreciated to be there as guests.
This is the experience I would like to always get when we stay somewhere.
My daughters loved it. They walked around and nobody bothered them and they felt safe.
I would love to come back again maybe in February or March
The staff was friendly the food at Mr. Banks was delicious. I loved it
Thank you

Do not go!!!. At first I was excited to go to what seemed a luxury hotel, I was first surprised with a $250 per room charge on top of what I paid, the rooms were ok but nothing special. The area is abysmal and nothing walking distance, casino invites unwanted guests and on top of that the pool/spa is small and dirty

This trip was amazing the hotel was incredible! If you enjoy gambling they have plenty of car tables for you to play the food at the restaurant was great. The staff absolutely phenomenal the bartenders Rose Diane Larry and the manager Troy we're all very helpful very friendly made our stay even that much better. Right down the street is the outlet shopping malls and lots of good deals there as well our rooms were clean varying modern and up-to-date. We will definitely be returning to this hotel and casino.

Happy with our 3 nights stay. Room size is okay, nice and clean. About 30 mins to many attractions. Play few hands in the casino lol. Non smoking casino. Love it !!! Ordered room service food, large portion with reasonable price. * highly suggest to request a room, DO NOT FACE TO HIGHWAY side , very noisy in the morning *. Other than this, we are happy with this stay.

It’s a big hotel. Children will be fine staying there.
I’ve never stayed at the hotel but I’ve never heard of having to pay extra for use of Pool. Pool use is usually included.
