Stayed at this hotel 3 times this year during the pandemic, service is very limited due to COVID-19, no food options at all, except the pantry next to the front desk for snacks & drinks.
The hotel front desk was friendly in general, especially the gentleman who checked me on our 2nd and the 3rd stays was very friendly and efficient.
The room is decent and clean, but their pillows are super soft and flat. Also I only received a tiny /handy pack of the Sheraton branded wipes in my room on the 2nd stay, not the 1st or the 3rd, don’t know why.
The hotel is mostly quite, except during our 2nd stay, we had a non-stop crying baby next door, and you can literally hear the mom was yelling at the baby all night which made the baby cried even worse, the baby did not stop crying until almost 3am, that’s a disaster.
And one thing I don’t understand is that we checked in on the app, requested late check out, upon arrival I checked in at the front desk to get the key and confirmed 1600 check out as elite benefits. Guess what? The housekeeping lady was keep knocking at our door at around noon, and asked if we’re checking out today and what time we are leaving. Why you would keep knocking on our door when we had the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door? And ask us something that you should have known?
More interesting, at around 1500, while we were still in our room, don’t know who checked us out accidentally or purposely, our TV was turned off and reset, then the housekeeper was trying to enter to clean the room shortly after. It was a mess.

The Cerritos Sheraton has undergone a significant updating and makeover. A clean and modern Atrium is complimented with well appointed and comfortable rooms. The pool is now open - towels are provided in a basket before you exit to the pool deck. Hotel team is friendly and helpful. There is no onsite restaurant at this time, however there are numerous restaurants in the mall behind the hotel.

I came into town on my own to attend a funeral the second week of January 2022. I used to live in this part of town so I picked this hotel because I knew it was a convenient location with freeway access and places near by for food. I’m also super picky about hotels and this is the only 3.5 star hotel in the area.
When I got to the hotel I asked for an early check in because I needed somewhere to work for the early afternoon and was denied. But then when I was trying to find a place to go, the receptionist came and found me and then offered me a room. So I appreciated that.
Other positives: free parking and clean room.
Negatives: I was on the 5th floor and the walls are pretty thing. I could hear the person next to me talking on the phone. Also on my second night I got no sleep because there were some drugged out people arguing in the hall. Once they went to their room they continued making even more noise. This went on till about 2:30 a.m. This was probably a fluke, but definitely ruined my next day.
Overall, good business hotel

Hi kristenmg2016, Thanks for leaving this review about your recent stay at the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel. While we love that you appreciated the convenient location, free parking, cleanliness, and team, we are discouraged to know that your overall stay was less than perfect. Please accept our sincere apology for the noisy neighbors. We will be addressing your concerns to hopefully mitigate future disturbances. The hotel is good and has a lot of board rooms for meetings and events. But there's not much offered. The house cleaning was delayed and one day didn't come. The dining service is a little expensive and would recommend going across the street to get something.

I booked the hotel at a deeply discounted rate. For the price, the room was excellent and great value for money. The bathroom was very nice. Parking is free and plentiful without restrictions (no parking passes etc.). One annoyance was that the staff was not initially aware that my booking included WiFi, so I had to come down and show them the booking receipt.

Very modern, comfortable, and well-located hotel in the heart of Cerritos by the Performing Art Center, with lots of restaurants nearby. The service of this hotel is very on-point, so I continued to stay with them even though my client is right next to a Double Tree.
Keep in mind that this is one of the very few Sheraton hotels without a lounge for those who have Platinum status or above. However, they would compensate this inconvenience by providing you with breakfast vouchers instead.

The property is well-located with a shopping center across the street with several restaurants and is close to Disney and LA. The room was clean with updated linens and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did use the gym but did not partake of the breakfast buffet which was too pricey in my view at $18.00 per person. A Mimi's is right across the street and a better deal. There was free parking and room wifi. I only had two minor complaints: the bathroom did not have a exhaust fan and, apparently because we set out the eco-friendly tag on the door, we did not receive maid service on our second day. I would have liked to have had the trash emptied and coffee/tea service replenished.

I was at the Sheraton Cerritos last week as a get away and never been to the property before. It was grand and clean in the lobby and I was impressed that this hotel was in Cerritos. The lobby is clean and modern and well decorated. Where they fell short was the manager was quite rude on the front end. I was fortunate enough to get checked in by the manager on duty and she was telling staff to hurry and clock out which is a bit unprofessional. My room assignment was incorrect and I had to go back downstairs for another room and I was quite disappointed as it was a manager that checked me in and she couldn't even get this right.
I sat on the lobby couch waiting for someone who was supposed to pick me up within the next 5 min and she expressed that I could not sit there which I thought was rude, cold and unwelcoming. There was no crowd and no signage so how was I supposed to know? Overall the property is nice, there were two lamps in my room that were broken but functional. I think housekeeping and maintenance need to do a better job reporting and repairing or replacing these items. They have a rising desk that was really nice but none of the USB outlets in the room worked. I just expect more for a Sheraton property and more professional hospitality.

I am a lifetime Titanium Bonvoy member, and this was one of the nicest Sheratons I have stayed at. I was told at the front desk that the hotel is owned by Marriott and was updated about five years ago, and it looks and feels like a more upscale Marriott hotel. The service is top-notch. It's in a quiet corporate business area and a 5-minute walk from numerous restaurants and shops. There isn't a concierge or M lounge, but the complementary breakfast buffet for Platinum and higher Bonvoy members is fantastic.

After one full night we couldn’t last a second night. Next door we had to listen to partying, profanity and pot smoking. After the first night , housekeeping used a strong Deodorizer to cover the smell. The second night, we complained to housekeeping who acknowledged there were too many people in the room . A few hours later we complained to the front desk . No one did anything . We packed up our stuff at 8:45 pm and left. We were refunded for the night. So much for our family vacation.
