It was more than I expected in terms of the facility, the breakfast, the interior and others. The only area that I felt needs to be improved was the service by the staff because most of the staffs seemed junior from my perspective. However, among them, Rob Hutchinson at the door desk and Lashan Perera at the lounge bar were especially great and I really appreciate their meticulous care for us. You may remember their name and ask their support if you need any tips during your travel!
One of the best hotel & golf resort in Japan. Incredible nature, facilities and hospitality. I am staying the onsen suite room, roomy, new and clean with a perfect onsen with a kitchen. I will definitely visiting here again.
My wife and I had an excellent stay at this new property in Niseko. The staff were meticulous and attentive and the facilities and dining were superb. One of my favorite hotels in Japan and will definitely return during ski season.
This was my third visit during 2021-2022 Winter season for ski. Very professional and friendly both Japanese and international staffs. Contemporary room with very useful facility for skiers and boarders.
Stayed here for 6 nights, awesome hotel, facilities, amenities, restaurants and staff were all excellent. Nothing was an issue and all the staff were so welcoming. Had 6 nights there and cannot wait to go back in summer for a week of golf.
a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Hanazono, great staff and service, excellent food in all restaurants and private onsen in our room made it so special we will definitely return with the whole family great powder snow and lots of activities
Standard rooms (1 bedroom suite with 2 full baths) are perfectly sized and laid out for two adults and two kids (sharing sofa bed). Park Hyatt is an ideal week or more stay for young families with beginner skiers (and/or baby in tow) since plenty of good restaurant/food options on premise (including Pierre Herme pastries which are a treat), easy access to ski rental shop, ski school counter, ski lockers (all next to each other within hotel), and ski in/ski out to new gondola accessing green/beginners run. It is easy to cross over from Hanazono side of mountain to Hirafu side, so still convenient for more advanced skiers, but requires red/intermediate trail (or taking the shuttle bus) to get back. Hanazono also has the terrain park, so popular with skilled snowboarders. Post-ski soak in your private tub or in the shared onsen is a must.…
Park Hyatt Niseko has set a new benchmark for Hotels in this area (Niseko). They are friendly, courteous and helpful. From the ,moment I arrived until I left I was cared for and all the staff remember my name!! I will stay again at every oportunity
We stayed at the Park Hyatt over the Christmas holiday and could not be more pleased. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We only stayed three nights but all of the staff would great us each morning at breakfast by name. If we ever had a question or need a staff member promptly assisted us. The rooms are beyond amazing. Every little detail has been thought about in the design. The housekeeping was also prompt. Our room was always cleaned while we were out for breakfast and would be finished by the time we got back. The hotel amenities and restaurants are great. All of the restaurants are top quality. The price is also very reasonable considering the high quality. The location of the hotel next to the slopes with the adjacent ski rental shop is also super convenient. Our room also came with a ski locker which was an added bonus. Overall if I could give more than 5 stars I would. We already decided we will be back next holiday season. …
Back again to Park Hyatt Niseko for a third time! Three reasons: the staff, the rooms and the breakfast!! Honestly I just absolutely love the staff here. Everyone is so professional and friendly. Big thank you to Catherine of course, we met her last time we stayed and I cannot believe the amount of details she remembered from our previous stay. She remembered our preferences, and worked hard to get a table for us at Teppan on a saturday evening. And thank god we followed her recommendation to dine there, as huge Teppanyaki lovers, without a doubt it is the best teppanyaki restaurant in Japan. Catherine is the kind of staff that really cares about the guests well being and happiness, and it is from the heart. We cannot thank her enough! Also big shout out to Ullysses, we were looking forward to meeting him at breakfast because he is a wonderful person, and he still remembered our drink and food preferences from our June stay! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us we appreciate it very much. I enjoyed the breakfast so much, honestly the breakfast is one of the best part of our stay. The food quality is superb, the french toast and eggs benedict just blew my mind away (I do not really like carbs but I could not help myself and ate a lot!) As a vegetable lover I have to say the quality of the vegetables is the best I have had in a hotel breakfast buffet. The snow was not great during our stay, but the breakfast totally made up for it! Thank you to everyone for being so nice to us. I already cannot wait to come back in a few months!…
