My family (3 adults and 2 kids) had a great time staying in Snow Dog. The staff were very friendly and their email replies (prior to the trip) were very helpful. Service: The airport transfer were well organised and there were people who were waiting for us along the way upon arrival at the New Chitose Airport. The shuttle transfers to Hirafu were good and I would like to compliment Laura and Ian for doing a great job. There was a small hiccup once but the driver apologised sincerely and it never happened again. They were informative and very friendly. The staff were helpful with suggestions and I think it's great that they themselves have a passion to ski and snowboard that talks around the topic was so easy. This place was absolutely perfect! For starters, airport transfers were simple. There were people from Ski Japan waiting at Chitose Airport to point me to a bus to Hirafu, where I was picked up by another staff member in a minivan for the 10min drive to Snow Dog. Getting around was just as easy - the regular bus from the front of Snow Dog goes up to the Hilton ski field, and into Hirafu town. It is also close enough to the Niseko bus stop (at the bottom of the street) to use that to get to Annapurni, or into town, if you miss the Snow Dog bus, or it is not timed right for you. Staff were super-helpful. I arranged all my gear hire and lift passes prior to travel. Perfect place to stay in Niseko. We enjoyed so much with my friends, nice restaurant down of the building, really close to the slope (and the best zone of the resort), definitely a place to come back next winter.

Came back to stay at Snow Dog again after staying here last Feb. The apartments once again were very clean and serviced nearly everyday. All staff including shuttle bus drivers were friendly and very helpful. It is agreat place to stay in Niseko. Highly recomended.

Excellent studio for our 5 member family - easy to get to slopes via Snow Dog bus each day, we skied home each afternoon! Loved the restaurant - had some of the best meals of our stay. Everyone extremely friendly and helpful! Great views from all rooms! Would definitely go back!
