Detailed Reviews
We have stayed here several times in the last decade. The accommodations are always good and the staff outstanding. Agueda, who takes care of the breakfast area, makes dining there enjoyable. She is efficient, friendly, very helpful and keeps everything clean and well-stocked. We will stay here again just to get such a great start to our day. Kudos to Fairfield Inn for hiring Agueda!

Whenever I go to Orange County to visit family, Disneyland and the coolest spots, I always stay in this location because the rooms are spacious, the staff are the nicest and it is centrally located without breaking the bank. If you have not booked your hotel stay here. The breakfast is pretty great as well. It is Buffett with so much options. Plus they have cookies at checkin. They upgraded their soap dispenser and locks too. Shoutout to the manager Jexter for assisting with a smile. Him and the front desk staff are always ready to help. I am a fan.

This hotel always goes above and beyond. Stayed here a couple a times and we loved it. Very accommodating staff and rooms are always spick-and-span. It’s very accessible to amusement parks which is a plus. Also surrounded with good restaurants. Needless to say, this hotel is perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We chose this hotel because of the price, location and the fact that it included free parking and breakfast. The other main reason we chose this hotel is because we could get a two bedroom/2 bathroom place which is more difficult to find. The location was great as was the front desk service! They were always super friendly and helpful during our 6 night stay.
The room itself could take some maintenance. We stayed in 615 and for that specific room there was a list of things that were either a little broken or just needed some TLC. The first room AC cover fell off a few times because it was in poor condition. Thankfully the AC on that side worked well! On the side with the king size bed, the room had a separate thermostat that did not control the AC and was useless (had to change the temp on the unit below the window) AND it didn’t quite work as well as I hoped. The second room also had a small sink which was fine but the hot and cold water were reversed so I slightly burned myself the first day and it drained extremely slow! The toilet also did not flush very well and the shower curtain rod in that room also needs to be tightened. The shower curtain on both sides would slide to the middle leaving both sides exposed to allow the water to escape the tub. We didn’t report the issues as I didn’t want to be disrupted by maintenance having to come in to work on all the issues.
The breakfast area got really busy on one of the days which was understandable since we at later in the morning. My main huge complaint was the lack of options for breakfast. Mainly the fact that although they have a waffle machine, they only put it out on the weekends. Apparently it’s either too much work or the weekday people aren’t as important. It was a bit frustrating especially on the days that the served scrambled eggs and a jalapeño muffin. This was especially frustrating as I cannot eat spicy foods so my options were eggs, some bread source, oatmeal or cereal. The waffle maker is the best thing about hotels that include breakfast so this was a huge disappointment.

Arrived late, desk clerk was very friendly. Beds are very comfortable. Parking lot seem safe. Breakfast was very good with hot eggs and sausage plus cereal and bread, coffee, and juice. The drive to Biola is approximately 5 miles and took about 15 minutes. Two washers and two dryers are available for guest laundry, $4 per load. Would stay here again.

Agueda on the breakfast staff is stellar. She kept the breakfast well-stocked with great food and her service was prompt and friendly; she even greets everyone as we go up to get food. Everything else was great too. The housekeeping, though it said every 3 days, was actually done daily which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is clean and I enjoyed meeting a few of the staff, like Manuel from maintenance. Very pleasant and highly recommend!

+1
We had a nice one-night stay here while my husband was in town for business. We walked to dinner - many restaurants are available within walking distance and felt safe even returning after dark. Small room, despite what should have been an automatic upgrade.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Fairfield for four nights on a leisure visit to the Anaheim area. After reading all of the positive reviews, we were surprised to have left with mixed feelings about our own experience.
I have to say the rooms were a bit of a letdown. They felt dated and in need of a renovation. One major issue was the electrical outlets. It seemed like they were overused—to the point where our chargers struggled to stay plugged in, constantly slipping out of the sockets. This was an inconvenience I didn't expect and had to improvise solutions for.
In regards to the food offerings, this hotel brand is supposed to have a reputation for its breakfast, but my experience was far from extraordinary. The eggs were rubbery and usually cold. Though I will mention that the croissant breakfast sandwiches (offered only one morning of my stay) were quite good. Otherwise, the variety of options was disappointingly limited. For a place that prided itself on its breakfast, I expected more in terms of both quality and selection.
During my visit, there was a charge for parking, which seemed excessive considering the parking lot was open and lacked any security or controlled access. It's a relief to learn that they've since made parking complimentary—a change that feels more in line with guest expectations.
On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly and professional. Their welcoming demeanor added a necessary touch of warmth to the stay.
Overall, my wife and I have pretty normal standards when it comes to hotels, but this property had far too many areas of opportunity that we felt need to be addressed. We would not stay at this location again.

Agueda has always gone above and beyond to make sure every guest is satisfied and taken care of. Best employee out there. Agueda makes the best cookies out there. The breakfast is always delicious. Very satisfied with my stay.

Rooms are small. Bathroom drain plugged. Called reception twice - nobody showed up. Breakfast time from 7 to 10. At 9;45 all was cleaned. Breakfast barely had any choice. No fruits. Room service doesn’t come to clean even after you called them

I would call the hotel directly. Their web page isn't really set up for that. Marriott should honor their lowest price promise either way you book the reservation.
All our guestrooms have a hair dryer, microwave and fridge.
Hi,
The pool and hot tub are open from 9am-10pm daily.
Thank you.
We took a city bus to the Culver City Mall. I think it cost 75 cents each way. Ask at the front desk and they will give you directions. The bus stop to catch the bus is 2 blocks from the hotel the stop for the mall is 2 block from the mall. The bus ride is about 12 minutes. The mall was very nice with lots of eating establishments and many stores. We were there for 3-4 hours.
Our Knott's shuttle leave at 10:00am and returns at 5:30pm every day.
