I was very disappointed with Sirtaj hotel as I tried to cancel my reservation with them over 24 hours prior to the check-in for 2 rooms and they would not honor a refund and charged me in full for both rooms. I spoke to someone at their front desk who assured me when I called that the only thing I had to do was to contact their manager or supervisor, Boris, and that they would provide me with a refund. This is fraudulent to not honor the refund and I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a reservation with this hotel. Please be aware and stay away. You've been warned.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - it's dusty and dirty and the water in the shower is not hot. Also, they will add on a nonsense amenity charge for +$87 USD per night in addition to the nightly rate and a deposit of $200. They will tell you the amenities are for the Wi-Fi and breakfast which were indicated as complimentary. For a better stay for less money, stay at the Marriott or Beverly Hilton.

Not clean at all and not at all as advertised on their website. There was dust and dirt everywhere on every surface. Shower was barely warm. Weird dried liquid substance on the walls, no working a/c, also didn’t have a remote for the tv in our room and when we asked for one he came in the room and searched all over (apparently not believing is when we said we searched all over). Website says something about tablets to control the rooms? Yeah zero tablets, zero smart features.

I didn't expect much since I bought this room via Hotwire for an inexpensive rate but I was surprised at how nice the room was for such a low price. There was only 1 person working when I checked in on a Friday evening. The lobby is funky but nice. He let me know the bar was not open which surprised me. Also, parking is a little strange since they have to physically walk with you to the lot to let you in and out. The room was very small but had all the amenities I needed. (Not a place to take a romantic date but fine for an overnight). The next morning I was surprised to hear my breakfast was included which too was very nice. I found all the staff to be exceptionally kind. Upon checking out I was not given a receipt since I booked via a Hotwire prepaid rate so I was shocked to see 3 different charges from the hotel on my credit card. Parking is only $28 which is great for LA but $87 for a resort fee???? I didn't see a pool, hot tub, or even a bartender. The hotel is about 4 floors! In addition, they charged my card for the room. Upon arriving home, I called to talk with them and they explained the first 2 charges for parking and resort fees and stated they would remove the room fee. (I also called my credit card company to refute the charge.) All in all, I had a great stay until I realized the outrageous resort fee. I thought the fee said $37, not $87 so it was my fault for not looking more closely. Honestly, they need to ban resort fees at hotels altogether. It should be added to the room rate. Even though I got a great rate when you add in the additional charges I probably would not book again.

Booked a three night stay here. Two couples. Check in was great. Given a welcome drink on arrival. Rooms were ready. Going up in the elevator it got stuck but we didn't mind cause mum got a fit of the giggles and nearly wet herself. Anyway.. Rooms were modern and smallish in size but had everything we needed. Great shower and coffee making facilities. Had drinks at the bar with other guests which was fun Rodeo drive doesn't bother me. I'm not into wasting tons of money so we went to the Queen Mary in Longbeach instead. Ate once in the restaurant. Food was great. Met many of the staff and they were all friendly and helpful. Met the manager too. He sat with us for a while talking about the hotel etc etc. He was a fun guy. Only thing we didn't like was the noise from the floor above but that was all. Just someone walking back and forward in high heels all night on wooden floor. Hardly the owners fault. Maybe one day he will put thick rugs down. But I wish him well. Hotel is named after his brother so I wish him every success.

This property sits in the perfect location; minutes from the heart of Beverly Hills. Major perks include being within walking distance from epic shopping, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, nightlife and museums. The staff at Sirtaj is amazing! They made every effort to make my family's stay very comfortable and special. Sunny, Lily and Charan are so accommodating, professional and helpful. Throughout the entire stay, they went out of their way to make us feel incredibly welcomed and valued. My family will be back and I will be recommending this gem to all my friends/family who need a place to stay in LA. I look forward to singing more praises to the incredible team at Sirtaj Hotel!

The location is great! It’s close enough to walk to great restaurants and Rodeo drive. The shower was fantastic. It has a a definite special boutique charm to it. The staff is top notch. The Beverly Wilshire staff wasn’t even as courteous as the Sittaj Staff. Sonny was amazing. His customer service is legendary! We will be back every time we visit BH.

Wanted to support a small boutique hotel right off Wilshire, but so many issues, could not. Room had many problems. A/C not working Shower not working properly Screen door to balcony ( no chairs, no view) could not close. No maintenance staff on hand. Sent Front desk and maids to “fix”. Car parking and retrieval a major pain. Offered a far inferior room as replacement. Awful experience, and offered a reduction in our bill for all our inconveniences a grand total of $ 42!

Hotel location is perfect If you go around. Hotel is cozy, silence and sufficient to have good rest at night. If you also met ‘Sunny’ you are lucky like us. He gave detailed information on everything and made all arrangements easily for our best hotel comfort by the first moment we met . Thank you Sunny you made our trip starting with joy.
