I have limited experience with hotels in the LA area but they all have been bad. This one exceeded my expectations in all facets. They have night security in the parking lot, the room was as clean as could be expected although I still brought numerous personal anti-bacterial cleaning items to clean all hard surfaces, bed coverings, handles, etc...I addressed a few minor things with the front desk but he gave a look like he maybe didn't understand but we will see. I would return there in hopes our next stay would be as good as our first. However, if I were to stay for more than one or two nights, I would pay additional for a nicer hotel.

This is my fourth time staying here. For some reason, I got upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. Really awesome. I forgot toothpaste and the night manager gave me a complimentary one, along with an extra toothbrush. Nice of him. Was bummed that breakfast was still not back due to COVID. Only hiccup was the room we were in had spotty Wi-Fi at times. OF course, I will be back.

Staff is very kind. Hotel is clean and rooms were comfortable. No pool.
Issue was that we had a room next to the street. All not long you could hear the traffic, sirens and other noises. Made for a terrible nights sleep.
I would stay here again, however if I was assigned a room that fronted the street, and couldn’t change it, I would leave. I recommend that you call ahead and make sure to get a room away from the street (can’t emphasize this enough).

Parking was very easy. The gentlemen in the front desk was friendly and welcoming, was happy they put effort to accommodate request and I must say I was very impressed . Very spacious nicely laid out room . Everything worked , noise was very Minimal . No foot traffic or loud door banging . I’m a day sleeper / I work overnight . Street traffic was a bit loud but not so much after rush hour. I would definitely be returning to this hotel again.

First let me start with good news, the rooms are clean and decent for the most part. Comfy beds and pillows. Rooms have a microwave and mini-fridge which are convenient. I guess the best part about staying here is the good customer service.
Now, the cons. They have zero amenities no pool, no complimentary breakfast similar places offer one of the two at the very least. I will say the wifi is decent.

This place is unkept very dirty and the room was disgusting dirty. From the parking lot to the room carpets walls and bed and shower and bathrooms it was very dirty gunk everywhere even on the bed sheets. Carpets had so much gunk that it was black stains all over the walls and bed sheets had huge dark stains on them and room smelled like cigarettes and it was suppose to be a non smoking room. Disgusted! Made us sick !

I left at check out and forgot a brand new pair or polarized ray ban glasses next to the tv and I called within the hour to let them know and they said they did not find them. I literally left them next to the tv in the case. It’s easy to take a pair of glasses and it’s unfortunate that I could not recover my property. I would not recommend this location to anyone, The rooms are not clean. The floor is filthy and the shower floors make you feel uncomfortable. I did not feel safe/clean showering there. This location is in a scary area with a lot of homeless/drug addicts coming by and creeping by your door. Do not book here

The rooms have been clean and affordable throughout my stay. The service is excellent and the workers keep everything nice and tidy. The front desk attendant is also helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would definitely recommend this place.

I usually stay at this hotel when visiting family . I recommend staying in a queen suite . It is very specious with two separate rooms . Living room is has a sofa,desk,Mini dinner table ,tv , microwave and fridge. Spacious bathroom/shower.
