Service terrible. Music so loud you can’t have a conversation with someone sat next to you despite it being only 7pm and nobody on the dance floor. Didn’t have food on the limited menu and didn’t tell us and then tried to charge us for it. Bar card machine not working. ATM has no cash Manager told us to walk 4km to a casino to get cash. And then wanted to charge gratuity… Get with 2023!

The rooms were clean and spacious. It was very relaxing and the beds are comfortable. The electricity shut off for a lil bit, but didn't ruin my trip. The view is gorgeous. Enjoyed shark watching outside of my room. Haven't tried the restaurant downstairs, but the waterfront scene is great for dining and music.

Nice weekend getaway for the holiday full of festivities. Actually been to the restaurant before but never noticed the rooms on the second floor so I'm impressed. The room was spacious over looking the ocean even seen few sharks swimming from our balcony. The room included a flat screen TV and mini fridge. Wifi was a bit slow. Walking distance from other restaurants, beaches and mini market. It was beautiful. There was some plumbing issues but didn't effect us.

love big johns, great friendly staff, best menu selection on the island, you must try their conch fritters I have had them in many places around the islands and these by far are the best, there conch fritters should be featured on the travel channel or food network. hotel very clean and comfortable just what you need for a good night sleep, anytime I go back to Bimini I will certainly stay again at BIG JOHNS

If you plan on staying in this hotel, make sure you have ear plugs with you. Hotel rooms are located on above a night club/bar. If you are a kid/college student you will love it. If you are an adult that want to sleep at night you will have a hard time falling asleep. Hotel in fairly clean. Water is a little smelly due to the fact that in Bimini fresh water is taken out of sea. Great location; 100m from water ferry.

We loved Bimini!!! - went in March prior to fishing season and it was perfect. It was safe and people were very friendly. We loved the hotel; however, rooms are over a VERY loud bar (whether people are there or not) so call and ask what nights they play music and avoid those. The place is adorable - nicely decorated, great views, across the street from liquor store. Rent a golf cart to explore the island. A 5 day stay in Bimini would be perfect - avoid jellyfish season if you want to go in the ocean. Good snorkeling off the shore, better snorkeling/diving on trips from Big Game. Water rivals any Virgin Island (although Bimini is part of the Bahamas). If we go again, we'd stay at Big Game - more expensive, but better amenities, great restaurant and central location.
