I’ve been staying at the Big Game Club since I was a kid and have always been amazed by the family like feel as well as professionalism. I was hosting a very big group this time with a lot of moving parts and every staff member was so helpful and supportive in the chaos! Savannah served a group of nearly 30 of us and was a whole lotta fun and graceful. Thankful for you Savannah!

Went to the bar by the pool while staying in Bimini and had the best time with our friends also visiting. Atarah, the bartender was very good at her job and extremely friendly! We came back everyday just to see her and to have a drink by the pool.

Rooms are very comfortable, clean and the marina and staff were very helpful. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. Loved the fact that this place feels "local" and not a tourist type resort. We came on our boat and docked at the marina for our stay. Secure and safe docking and the Dockmaster and staff were right there for all our needs. We are planning another trip and will be staying at the Bimini Big Game Club again!

Rooms where very nice and was quiet and peaceful. Resort is in a beautiful and convenient location. I have nothing negative to say about Big Game.. Clean big rooms. Friendly staff. Definitely going back. And the manager, Stephen Kappeler, personally greeted me not only at the hotel but also at the Ferry terminal to find out if everything went ok and what, if anything, could be done to make it better. He also asked me to contact him next time I come there so he can make sure to get me setup with anything I need. I could not ask for better service.

Had a blast during our trip to Bimini with my parents, husband and teenage son. The resort is very chill and laid back and the people couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed diving (with sharks!), bonefishing with Fred Rolle who is a fabulous guide, swimming in the pool and just relaxing. This place is not pretentious or fancy and you can do everything in a t-shirt and pair of shorts. The food was very fresh and delicious and our cottage was comfortable. The best part about this place is the staff - so genuinely warm and friendly - they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It feels more like they are inviting you into their backyard for dinner and we had so many laughs with other guests and the staff. Thanks to Atarah, Monique Wildgoose, Savannah, Shaday, Cherise for making and dinner and cocktails so enjoyable. I know there were more fabulous ladies, but can' t remember their names. Lisa and Paula were always a pleasure to see through the day when they were cleaning. Pat and all of the folks at the front desk were also so helpful. Thank you for making our vacation so wonderful.

Traveled to Bimini to stay at Big Game Easter week-end with my husband and two girlfriends.  We stayed in one of the cottages and everything was absolutely great! The resort is casual and laid back.  All of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Food and drinks were delicious at Bimini Seafood Conch Bar and Sharkies.   Outfitters has liquor etc if you want to purchase a bottle for making drinks in your room.  Plus we enjoyed the local brew, Kalik,  that we purchased at Outfitters. Just so amazing to view the gorgeous waters from our porch, the docks and restaurants.   Watching the sharks was a daily event for us and then watching the tarpon by the dock lights in the evening. An extra shout out to the front desk staff for coming to our rescue when our return flight was cancelled with only 2 hours warning!   They helped us navigate through different transportation options and even called Aztec Airlines and booked a flight for the four of us.Then when weather did not permit any flights later that day, we returned to Big Game with others that were stranded and the front desk staff booked us all in for a nights stay.   We made the best of it with another fabulous meal and talked the bartender into making us Gully Wash drinks (which we had previously experienced at Big Mike's Fresh Conch Salad (do not miss that spot! - we hit it on the way back from Radio Beach) Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the resort and all the people that work there.  Right up our alley. Would return in a heartbeat!

I did read some less than positive reviews but On a tiny island Life is what depends on the day.For our family of five ( 2 grandparents, two parents and a 13 year old grandson) everyday was an adventure. Not just the scuba diving , bone fishing, and guessing how many millions of dollars the yachts cost that temporarily docked there but coming to understand the island native culture and how wonderful the people are. I must name a few and apologize for those I left out. Savannah, Monique Wild Goose,Cherise,Atarah,Shaday and the chef for making mealtime a delicious delight despite the fact that the food supply chain often did not deliver! In housekeeping Lisa and Paula who must have taught Mr. Clean! I have some mobility issues and was asked numerous times- " Can I help you Momma." I loved the kindness of strangers, young and old.We rented a go-cart and explored whatever part of the Island was accessible. We were somewhere at lunchtime and stopped at Smitty's Beach Bar and Restaurant. The conch fritters were delicious. Just eat fish and shellfish all the time and you will be fine! Meals and and beverages are expensive but most provisions come from off island. Then there are oddities like " how much is the water taxi and when will it arrive." Well, that depends on the day." Just relax and enjoy! Buzzy Price

Decent rooms and Neal Watson’s dive shop is right on the property - which brings the problem that the hotel leverages on the fact that its clientele are hardcore divers to rip people off on food and drinks. We mainly frequented the main restaurant, Bimini Seafood, and service standards were horrendous. Specifically, this consisted of waiters that don’t wait on you and menu quality control issues (portion sizes that varied wildly for the same dish, fish tacos with barely any fish, food accompanied with sides on some nights and without on other nights for the same price, “cocktails” with barely any alcohol and all syrup). When it comes to cocktails, I would definitely recommend getting them from Hemingway’s Poolside Rum Bar, which is manned by an AWESOME lady named ATARAH who merits a special shout-out for stellar service and excellent rapport with guests!!!! She takes on board drink customization requests in addition to being great at karaoke.

675valeriek thanks for your 3 star review and recommendations from your view for improvement. The Bimini Seafood Company enjoys more 5 star reviews then any other restaurant on the island. All drinks are measured pour with 1.25 oz unless a cocktail with two or more liquors. I would enjoy as I live here too with a sign in the restaurants to be able to reach me 24/7 to speak with me or a manager when here on any service deficiency you experienced with who as we have over 20 servers. A review of the last 20 reviews will share the commentary of the guests favorite mentions and who to visit when here. We appreciate your mention Atarah one of our shout out best with the most mentions serving the same beverages at the same pricng. When travellling internationally visitors should recognize in a foreign country like the Bahamas there is a duty of 35% imposed on most everything served causing prices to rise, plus a broker fee, ocean freight, inland freight, a stamp tax and a 10% vat tax so expect things to cost much more. It is customary at resorts for many international guests do not tip with even excellent service, that they post a service fee which is how the local islanders earn a living. Sharing this for all to know when visiting, there is 2 signs on the wall, offering if you dont receive the excellent service you deserve then you may ask for the manager one of 7 of us would assist you and any service fee is waived with sharing of an experience. Thanks for sharing about the very nice guest rooms and diving experience,. I would welcome a call or note in return regarding your F&B visit for only fair if an issue if to negatively comment to the world to please share with us specifically. All the best, Stephen Kappeler, Managing Director.
