The hotel is very clean and comfortable with exceptional service. The rooms have everything you need: good AC/heating system, kettle, hairdryer, mini fridge, television. The staff is proffesional, friendly and ready to help you. They offer many extra services such as traditional Turkish bath, which I recommend to everyone (many thanks to Abdullah for the scrub and massage, he really knows what he is doing). Make sure to stay in for the dinner, they prepare delicious traditional food like Maqlube or Mansaf for a better price than in other restaurants and you can get many useful tips for planning the trip from the manager. I recommend to everyone to stay in this hotel.

Hotel molto bello curato personale molto attento a qualsiasi tua esigenza. Per la colazione la Mattina hanno un buon caffè espresso italiano. La sera nel bar si può fumare shisha e rilassarsi. GraZie Dhaifullah e Senfeder per l’ospalità.

I had a very nice stay in this hotel, the location was great (few minutes by feet from Petra site) surrounded by restaurants and shop. The personnel was friendly and very helpful, especially if you are lucky to meet Mohamed the director of the place :) The room was clean, spacious and confortable. I recommend this hotel at 100 %

Un excellent hôtel, la direction et les employés sont très professionnels et sont très sympas. Hôtel très propre avec une décoration magnifique. L'hôtel est situé en plein centre ville. À 10 min en voiture pour aller à Petra et 30 min à pied. Beaucoup d excellent restaurants et de magasins a proximité.
