They made our days excited full of activities, the staff were helpful those love to make the best service, polite and joyful and problem-solving receptionists those made many valuable advises and helps even when we were out of the hotel, we were enjoyed more than our expectations.... See you soon
You can see the amazing smile of the staff from the main gate, they behave in elegant manner that we didn't see in another hotels, specifically Mr.Safwan & Mr.Faris in the reception . The view was super amazing, the food was delicious. Highly and highly and highly recommend place
Top notch service, food and clean accomodations made our stay a memorable one. Then the view in the morning of the sun on the mountains just blew us away. I can't say enough about how well the staff treated us even staying late to serve us a wonderful private meal at 10:30 PM. 5 Stars!
we traveled here last 2019 of November. the rooms are actually... ill rate it a 3-4, the toilet a 3. but the view. is a total 5 or more and the experience. i love it. i have forgotten about the rooms, i just can remember how i wanted to shoot with my go pro and explore outside, but we are on a travel tour. so the schedule was hectic. the staff was friendly, i will never forget this hotel the most of all my travel. from jordan, egypt, etc. this is the most memorable for me. no, i didnt traveled since the covid started. i just putted jan 2022. i just forgot to review before.
This hotel looks like a transit hotel for the guests that are visiting Petra archeological sit and stay over night. The rooms are big, some with a view over the canion of Petra. The design and the furniture was pretty old and outdated. a good thing to know that the hotel is built like a maze and it is pretty challenging to get to the rooms. There is a pool but we were there during the winter and it was unusable. Because of the winter we had to use the heating system that did not perform as expected and there was quite har to reach a good temperature. The breakfast and the dinner were acceptable but not something extraordinary.
Hi, Cold weather in Petra, and heating system is weak, water not hot, and the spacious hotel, is not pleasent for a winter stay. The shower curtain was not planned to avoid water out of the shower, and there's no way to take a shower without wetting the whole floor. Not that I needed TV, but if you put one, at least provide some channels to watch (Chinese TV and one Italian channel). Food was ok.
Very nice hotel. jetted tub and walk in shower in room, two televisions (although one remote was missing batteries) Very wide selection in breakfast buffet. Dinner was typical of tourist restaurants, good variety at buffet.
Dated facilities- doors don’t all open or close properly, no sound proofing in rooms, food at dinner was fairly average compared to local restaurants. The views were beautiful of mountain formations. Water pressure was pretty bad and towels really needed a refresh but internet was great. A quirk I have never seen was a locked fridge, there was nothing in it though.
Staying at Petra Panorama Hotel was a pleasant surprise. The building, enormous and pretty far from "Petra city center", was okay for a two-nights stay, like we did. We think that the hotel is perfect for turistic groups; in fact, many people from all over the world were staying there. We had a group of 20 people, and the reviews from all of them were different and contrasting. That is because some rooms were really clean and nice, and others had a huge problem related to the heating system. We, as leaders of the group, had to face the reception thrice, and tell them that some of our clients were really cold in their rooms. Somehow, they managed it. Glad for it. Let's move to the restaurant. The space was enough for all of the customers the hotel had at that time, and it was well-furnished. The food, as we all expected from a Middle Eastern country, was tasty, various and had many options for those who don't eat meat, or must follow religious traditions. To conlcude, Petra Panorama Hotel is a perfect place for people who are down to earth and have few demands.…
Spent two nights in the hotel in a spacious room with a large terrace to view the magnificent view of surrounding area. The hotel has multi layer floors but the key holder has instructions on how to get to your room, breakfast and amenities offered. The hotel is on a higher elevation that offers great view of the desert and mountainous area of Petra. Breakfast offered a generous options of food ranging from western to Middle East cuisine. The lunch and dinner options were excellent, well prepared and nicely presented. The staff spoke English as well as other languages too. Our rooms were clean, roomy with the necessary toiletries, plenty of towels, room service, wake up calls etc. This is our second stay at this hotel. We stayed there two years ago.
