H Luxury Hotel in Wadi Musa was outstanding in every aspect!.
Some key highlights!
1. The staff: All members of the staff were very professional, warm and very welcoming!. They were very helpful with every request we had!
2. Going above and beyond!: We are vegetarians and when we found that options were limited in the buffet, the chef prepared a special meal for us which we have rarely seen when we travel outside of India.
3. Call outs: Rafat who was in the restaurant was extremely pleasant to deal with and always greeted all guests with a big smile!. Mo'min who helped us with our bags etc was also very very friendly.
4. The hotel: The hotel was very clean and hygienic. It was also very well maintained and the view from the balcony of the Petra visitor centre made for some very nice sunset views!. The pool area and Jacuzzi were also very nice!. The staff at the spa were also very welcoming!. Parking is available as well!.
Skip the large brands and stay here instead. You'll get a product that is as good and much better service!.

Do not go Anywhere else
A hotel that will compete and better any 5star hotel anywhere.
The staff , the manager and even chef are completely hands on and know how to make you feel welcome
Value for money 10/10
Rooms are beautiful and spacious
And the hotel is relatively newly renovated ( hence the lack of reviews)
But please if you want value for money and great locality then this is the hotel !!!!

There were a few issues on arrival for us and our friends who were also staying.

1) we were given two twin rooms instead of a double and twin and took ages to sort out especially as one of keys didn’t work - lots of backwards and forwards to reception to resolve

2) our friends were expecting a triple room but ended up with double room and put up bed for small child and they had 15 year old. Again lots of confusion and didn’t get sorted properly.

3) main issue was good one evening - restaurant closed and advised to go to patio to eat. We ordered there and was disastrous - drinks took ages to arrive, were wrong, told we had to take Pepsi which wasn’t ordered as bill been printed, we asked for glasses for drinks of water about 3 times and finally bought wine glasses. Food ordered took over hour to arrive, one dish didn’t turn up and most arrived cold. We complained at the time and didn’t have to pay for dinner.

I think some of issues due to hotel being new and teething problems. Actual rooms v luxurious and nice. Swimming pool and jacuzzi also good.

It’s a new hotel very close to the entrance of the archeological site. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathroom small but with a large shower and dispensers for bath foam and shampoo. There are complimentary slippers and bath robes to go to the swimming pool. Complimentary water, tea/coffee and some sodas. There is a safe and a hair dryer. The swimming pool has a great view but it is small and very cold, the jacuzzi a little too hot.
Breakfast is good. Dinner is buffet, some choice but nothing to remember, pretty bland.

The interior was of contemporary design with a refreshing classical touch giving an instant five star feel. Communication was a breeze as the the receptionist was sitting a degree in English! Before leaving I was privileged to be on talking terms with staff up to & including the owner. Fabulous & friendly hospitality. The room was simply as good as it gets, all the refinements & trimmings. Very large flatscreen tv with intuitive remote control. Did I mention how large it was? Buffet breakfast was well presented, as was the choice. The restaurant blended the hotel decor with views over the valley to include the entrance to Petra. A slim side seating terrace adjoined outside. Advantage was taken of the evening buffet twice at excellent value & quality.
I didn’t take advantage of the lovely pool or the coffee shop terrace as my time was limited. Some facilities were finishing refinement, I was given a guided tour of the steam room & sauna facilities but again, didn’t have time.
There is a modest walk & gradient to the hotel entrance but the hotel is close enough to the Petra entrance areas, the Hluxury sign is just viewable.
I would stay here again without question.

What a wonderful, restful safe place. The location was great, the views even better. Not far from the entrance of Petra and next to local shops and restaurants. This hotel is luxurious, yet practical. It has all of the basics, dining facilities, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hot bath all very clean with spectacular views. Chef Sbaih Ahmad provided a well-organized and varied buffet with tasty pastries. The food & beverage manger Mr. Samer was always on hand to provide assistance. Director Abu Al Dahab is to be commented for his staff. From his receptionists Tareq Helalat and Alqam Afnan who received us with warm hospitality to his housekeeping staff who was very efficient. Let me not forget the bell boy from India. I highly recommend this hotel

Where do we even start!!! It was an absolute pleasure to stay here! Everyone was very sweet and friendly and the hotel is IMMACULATE, never seen such service before, every single person was on top it

We were greeted by Afnan & Deema at the reception, both were very sweet and polite and explained to us everything we need to know, and they were very patient with us, we were very big group with children and everyone arrived at separate times.

We drove all the way from Amman and arrived starving, so they recommended to head to their cafe upstairs and try some of the food

The cafe has such a nice terrace and beautiful view, especially at night, not to be missed, the chicken fajita sandwich are a must to try 🙌🏻

They have a good spread for breakfast from fresh fruits to cooked meals. Some of us had dietary requirements and Haitham at the restaurant, has accommodated for them with no hesitations, and was very understanding and professional.

And special thanks to the house manager, Mr. Khaled for going above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and comfortable right to the end of it.

I recently stayed at the newly opened hotel in Petra with friends and had a delightful experience. The service, particularly from Mohammed, was exceptional – friendly, engaging, and accommodating to every request. The rooms were impressively spacious and impeccably clean.

Dining at the hotel was a highlight; the chef deserves compliments as every meal was faultless. While the buffet-style breakfast was enjoyable, a slight improvement could be made by expanding the selection and offering some dairy alternatives.

Considering the hotel is new, they've done an amazing job. Its proximity to the Petra visitor center, along with the fantastic pool and jacuzzi, provided a well-deserved relaxation after exploring Petra. Kudos to the entire staff for contributing to a memorable stay.
