Wow just wow! A wonderful hotel with superb staff. Every thread perfect and after coming from a not nice hotel in Amman this hotel was wonderful. Everything was so clean and new. The pool was fabulous, the food was good and a great selection and the room was gorgeous! Thank you to everyone for making our trip so wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

I was in this hotel on 9/19/23, and I apologized for not remembering the name of the reception person who welcomed us into the hotel. He went beyond his service. Also, the people on the dinner service and the breakfast service. Thank you again for your hospitality. We felt welcome and enjoyed the fantastic views, and this hotel is within walking distance of the downtown.

Hotel is breathtaking. Best hotel during our 22 day trip. Loved it so much. Excellent service and friendly staff. Mosab was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this lovely place. You will not regret it. Beautiful view from everywhere in hotel

Stayed here on a group trip so not my choice. Staff were friendly and room was a good size but unfortunately I was at the back of hotel so just facing a brick wall. Furniture and fittings also a bit tired and worn out compared to the main lobby area. Pool was a nice size and a good amount of shade. Breakfast was ok but no fresh fruit options apart from whole oranges and bananas. The hotel is also quite a way uphill from main restaurant area and Petra visitor centre and I was aware that people were having issues getting taxis for a reasonable price to and from the hotel. Overall ok for a couple of nights.

I spent one night at this hotel as part of a group, and we all had a positive experience. Everything looks new, clean and staff is extremely helpful. The view from the ground floor and third floor terraces is stunning and you can dive into the feel of the ultimate Nabatean experience. The Duty Manager that greeted us, Mohamed Shaqra, helped us with our stay and improved our overall experience. I would totally recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fine stay while visiting Petra.

We were 3 girls travelling through the middle east for the first time. After a long slightly scary journey to Petra at night we arrived at an Airbnb we had booked in advance which was terrible. All lies. So when we came to canyon we were feeling unsafe and tired. Mohammed Al Shaqrav, the Duty Manager told us to just relax gave us some welcome drinks and really helped us feel at home as he set up a fantastic 2 night stay for us that was feasible and utterly luxurious. Great combination. He saved our trip to Petra because we were close to heading back to Amman at the time out of sheer annoyance with our failed Airbnb. If you're searching for a place to feel at home and still enjoy luxury come to this hotel.

Petra Canyon hotel the Khalil restaurant So glad we stopped at the restaurant on the way! Their buffet lunch was so complete and delicious with salads, main meals and yummy desserts! All very fresh and appetizing and a nice presentation. Some food was typical of the area. Be sure to try their desserts as well. If you are in Petra be sure to eat there!!

The place really amazing starting from the lobby large one with amazing space also the view from the terrace is outrageous, definitely i will come back here again the stuff the food the restaurant and huge clean rooms It's not 4 star hotel, should be 5 atar hotel also the way they meet you with traditional Arabic coffee is so delicious
