We had originally booked a different hotel and the week of our trip they had cancelled our booking. We happened to come across Moses residence on hotels.com and the reviews were great. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcoming atmosphere. We were allowed to check in early as our room was already prepared. We were given recommendations of the best local restaurants, shops, drivers and guides. The receptionist was very helpful and carried our bags up the stairs. The room was very clean, modern with a lovely view of the bustling town below. Water, tea and coffee is provided as well as chocolate for a charge. (Very cheap charge). My partner broke her phone and needed it repaired and the receptionist went far above and beyond to help. He got us in touch with a local repair company and got us a major discount and a free tempered glass. The hotel itself is very well situated. 15 minute walk to Petra downhill. 5 minute drive if you have a car. Parking is on street parking but it’s easy to find a space. This hotel 10/10. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.…

This hotel is a 20 minute downhill walk to the Petra Visitors Centre. It's quicker by taxi, but the taxi drivers in Wadi Musa are quite aggressive on price. It should only be about JD 2-3, but we were quoted up to JD8 for a 1 mile trip up the hill. Negotiate, especially if there are lots of taxis around. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and secure. The breakfast is very good, although we had to pay separately. The hotel facilities are excellent with fridge, hairdryer and aircon in the room. There is a small amount of traffic noise, but not excessive, and if you get a room on the third floor, there is very little, plus the view is better. Highly recommended. We would stay again.

Stop searching and book this hotel straight when you want to stay at Wadi Musa. Don't piss off when saw the small and not fancy entrance and without elevator. You will love to die for when you got into the room. Room: Modern, clean, unlimited hot shower, comfortable big bed, spacious, no matter with or without balcony, the view from the room is amazing, overlook the whole Wadi Musa. Of course, maybe a little bit noise at the morning, but i think that no person will wake up late for visiting Petra...so, its not a big issue for us. Staff: incredible, helpful and nice, no wonder they will try to fit all you need and want. They gave me a surprise, brought a birthday cake with juice to my room when they knew my birthday, thanks once again. Location: its on uphill, but there are plenty of taxi to the Petra, 5JD per ride. If likes us with a car, there are plenty of street parking in front of hotel, and drive to free parking of Petra entrace just couple of minutes only. And there are many restaurants, supermarkets next to the hotel. For the most convenient thing is that there is a money exchange in front of the hotel and an ATM next to the hotel too. No worries, you can exchange money at the downstairs supermarket too even the money exchange closed. Really unbeatable location and even better than 5* hotel. They provided breakfast at the top floor, can't compare with 5* hotel quality, but still have plenty of choice provided. I can't recommend more to all of you, stayed with this hotel won't let you down for sure!…

Nice central location, very decent accommodation, comfy beds. Very good communication with Manager. As mentioned elsewhere, look beyond the small front door. No lifts- 3/4 flights of stairs, staff very helpful

For a teeny tiny little hotel, they really do offer fantastic accommodation. We had the the very top room for 2 nights and found it to be super comfortable. There are no stairs and it is uphill from the main attraction - however that did not bother us as we had a hire car which we parked (for free) close to the entrance of Petra. I do think that in peak times parking outside this hotel and near Petra might be much more of an issue. The breakfast was fantastic and I’ve got to say I really appreciated the small bottles of water on each level of the hotel that you could just help yourself to and pay at the end - only .25 Dinar each was the cheapest we paid anywhere (including supermarkets). There is some unavoidable noise in the morning, when they are putting out the breakfast, but most people would want to be up early anyway and we didn’t find it a problem, in fact we found the noise much more of an issue in the large, echoing corridors of the Movenpick! Good value hotel and friendly staff.…

This hotel offers very good service, making you feel at home. It is close to Petra visitor center. It is value for money. It is close to a lot of restaurants (the one right next to it is very good), and ATM/money exchange. It has decent breakfast. But it does not have elevator. And when you take shower, the whole floor of bathroom is wet.

Lovely hotel with great selection of pastries for breakfast. Great location for restaurants and only 5 dinar to petra visitor centre. Locals were very friendly and welcoming to my daughter and myself. Hotel owner went above and beyond sorting out taxis for us, even getting his uncle out if bed on Friday to take me to petra. Would highly recommend, a great experience 👍 felt very looked after.

I really recommend this hotel in Petra with friendly staff, clean room and nice bed. Coffe and tea available Staff offered us some pastries one morning ! They also have very good restaurant recommendations and advices on how to visit Petra. Thanks again !

Had a fantastic stay in the centre of Wadi Rum. It’s about 1km or 10-15mins walk from the Petra visitor centre (we had hired a car and there was ample parking on the street directly next to the hotel. The staff were very attentive and even gave us complementary late check out! This was very useful as we went to Petra on our second day and were able to shower after a 6hrs hike. Highly recommended.
