We loved the hotel because everything was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was super attentive and helped us with all our questions and requirements. Additionally, the location is fantastic, within walking distance of the entrance to the Petra site and numerous restaurants. We found parking very easily near the hotel. We highly recommend it and we would surely repeat it.

Clean, small hotel in the centre of Petra. Short walk to the town centre and a 5 minute drive to the entry of Petra. Lovely views of Petra city in the morning due to the location. Rooms were clean. Wifi worked well. Staff were lovely - special thanks to Odai who spoke perfect English and went out of his way to help us. The minibar was stocked with complementary fruit and snacks and drinks. Breakfast was tasty. Small car park at the front of the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. Fresh fruit/snacks were complimentary and we had some great advise on the best way to visit Petra. The hotel is fairly central with restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself also has a restaurant which served really nice and tasty food.

Warm friendly and helpful staff and great breakfasts are the highlight of the Petra Plaza.Its location just off the main restaurant street makes this boutique hotel peaceful with a wide variety of eateries just a few minutes walk away. Just what you need after a hike through the fabulous rocks of Petra

Best hotel in out trip to Jordan. Nice and cozy, with large parking area, close to Petra and to the center of Wadi Musa. Great guy at the reception gave us really useful tips for Petra exploration. Free snacks and water in the room that getting refilled everyday. At the end of our stay they also gave us some cool Petra magnets. Really don't know what more you can expect!

We had a really lovely stay at the Petra Plaza. I have never known a welcome like it....and everything we could possibly have wished for was waiting for us in our lovely comfortable room. Soft drinks, fruit, snacks and chocolate. All complimentary. Just fabulous. We didn't have the breakfast as we were only there one night and left early in the morning....but next time we would love to try it. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. A real gem and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We really loved it there and couldn't recommend it more highly.

Very friendly helpful staff. Its on the hill Petra Visitors center 15-20 minutes walk , shop , pharmacy in 100 meter distance. Clean nice room, tasty breakfast. Highly recommend. Big parking lot for rented cars in front of the hotel.

Firstly, amazing location near Petra, beautiful view and really helpful staff. Odai and Sami gave really useful advices how to visit Petra in the most interesting way in a limited time. Also briefed us about the prices (especially taxis) in the Wadi Musa, recommended good restaurant with high quality and reasonable prices, helped to book transfer from Petra to Aqaba . Your advices helped us to visit all the attractions in short period of time and absolutely safe our time and money. Thank you a lot. This trip would be not so easy going and pleasant without your help.

The best hotel in Jordan. The staff is really welcoming, they are super nice with the hosts. The hotel is very clean and they help you in everything you ask. I really suggest to stay here if you’re going to Jordan!
