This is by far the best accommodation location in Petra. The main entrance to Petra is a few meters away. Not only that, but the food is amazing and the service provided by staff and especially Ahmad exceed my expectations. I high recommend staying here!

Perfectly located at the entrance of the historical Petra site . I recommend to have breakfast at 6am and enter the site at 7am. Then it is still very calm ! When we came back at 2pm it was extremely crowded at the monument.

The experience has been amazing. Everyone are so helpful! The Cave Bar specially Zeyed is very serviceminded and the restaurant Aloe Vera is excellent with great staff who are most helpful and kind. Can only recommend staying here!

Omar in the dining area was great! He was very attentive to our needs and makes a great cappuccino! Was very happy with his service! If you are visiting Petra, this is a great place to stay. The hotel is nice and clean and you can walk about 100 feet to the park entrance.

The food in the restaurant have very good selections. Morning breakfast was also very delicious. The service is very good, staff are very efficient and polite! Especially Omar, he is very polite, friendly, attentive to details and with sense of humour. Eggs were done to perfections. A pleasant experience! The only thing is the bed, double bed in room 323 was really not great because of the springs of the bed.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the buffet which was a combination of local and international dishes. It was a pleasure to get breakfast of a custom-made omelette and made-to-order pancake. There was a plentiful selection of other dishes as well. The beds were comfortable and the room clean.

We enjoyed our stay here. The cave was cool and the location is perfect. The rooms are pretty basic but the staff was super friendly. We were about to depart when we noticed a flat tire on our van. Khaled stepped in to help without hesitating and took us to get it fixed. He was so nice and helpful and didn’t expect anything in return. We are so grateful for him.

We had a good stay at Petra Guest House. It is now managed by IGH, but you cannot get IGH points to stay. This hotel has been there awhile and the rooms decor is showing its age. The Cave Bar is nice and the staff was helpful. The location is at the entrance to Petra site, visitor center and museum. Also close to good restaurants and shopping.
