We only had lunch in the hotel as part of the excursion from our cruise ship. There were several bus groups having lunch in the hotel so you had to wait for one group to leave & the staff to re-set the dinning room. A good selection of hot & cold food although the hot food was luke warm at best & some of the vegetables were definitely al dente. The Jordanian version of bread & butter pudding was very good. Staff despite being under pressure were very friendly & helpful.
I stayed 2 nights here and it was great. It was very clean and the rooms very comfortable. All the amenities are provided. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I opted for breakfast included and there are plenty of options. Make sure to ask for a Jordanian breakfast and the staff will happily organise this for you. It was really delicious. It's the closest hotel to the Petra entrance (only a few steps away) and great after a long day of exploring Petra. Also, it's very close to the bus station. Just walk down the hill and turn left. You don't need at taxi! Highly recommend this hotel!
A very beautiful hotel and clean rooms. I thank all the employees of the hotel and close to the entrance to Petra This is not the first time and considered it my second home I wish you success and progress

The hotel is comfortable, room needs a bit more attention to cleaning but nothing major (i.e. mirror had some traces, dust on furniture). The staff was super helpful, the restaurant "The Cave" fair enough but expensive for no reasons. Some rooms are accessible only using stairs so mention upfront if you have disabilities.
The location of this hotel is perfect, right next to the visitors centre and entrance to the Rose City. I pointed out we hadn’t just turned up and had booked and paid in advance for our rooms. Once in our rooms we found that the double was just that a small double, not the large bed as advertised. Again no apology. The rest of the furniture, including the built in headboard made it clear that the bed had replaced one the bigger, advertised size. The rooms, other than that were lovely, sizeable and clean if in some need of refresh. Our agent chased up the hotel and we were told the…
