This nice hotel is literally steps away from the entrance of the Petra Archaeological Park. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast was always very good, and the adjacent Cave Bar with its lovely terrace was our favorite place to hang out at night, have a drink, and savor the pleasant atmosphere of the area.

Hanadi was always very helpful in ensuring all of my accommodation needs were met. Hesham from engineering was very helpful with undertaking the air conditioning. The room's view was inspirational to pleasing my aesthetic sensibilities. I loved the view.

Great hotel, a few meters from the entry of the entrance to the pathway to the Petra archeological site, this hotel offers, clean, stylish, and a historical experience. Indeed, “The Cave”, a restaurant-bar is exceptional concept based in the tombs in the Nabatean culture. The best hotel, with the best location in Petra, the Petra Guest House offers everything you need for your visit to Wadi Musa and Petra.

Very nice evening drink served at the Cave Bar by Zeyad and his colleagues who were very kind and professional. The mojito we took were amazing. Drinking after dinner in the beautiful place The Cave Bar is located was the perfect ending of a great day visiting Petra.

Sohaib is the best bartender at The Cave Bar at the Petra Guest House. Very helpful and friendly, I give him 10 stars! This is the best location for visiting Petra as the hotel, The Petra Guest House is the closest hotel to the entrance of Petra. All the hotel and bar staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. My suitcase had to be picked up at airport 3 days after I arrived, as airline didn't check it all the way to Amman. The hotel staff drive to airport, picked it up and had it waiting for me upon arrival. Manager even escorted me to my room while carrying my luggage. Simply the best overall!

Yes, this hotel is conveniently located near the entrance to Petra, but prepared for really poor service. The staff amazingly does know their menu. It took 45 minutes to get a ginger ale. We ordered from the menu, but it didn’t come. Reception was better. The manage, sits at the table instead of supporting the staff.

The location could not have been better and having the cave bar right next door was great. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant went out of their to make our stay great. Mamon in the breakfast area, Hanadi at the front desk and Ja’afa in the cave bar were all wonderful.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The rock structure, the cave bar, and everything about this place is fabulous. (except the overwhelming heat on the walk to and from Petra) We could only stay there one night, I would love to come back for longer.

The ONLY reason to stay here is the location. The staff are rude, unwelcoming and at time uninterested in helping you. Our TV and Refrigerator did not work- the 2 service staff who came to fix were the nicest and best part of our experience. Again, only stay cause it is close to Petra.

We stayed in a triple room that was absolutely perfect for our family. Gorgeous bathroom and a/c built to keep out the Jordan heat were much appreciated. You can’t beat the location for proximity to the park and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of!! We absolutely loved our stay!
