Our one night stay at Petra Boutique was superb. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Impressed with the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and spacious. It has power saving modern electric system. An added bonus is the hotel's location being just a few minutes walk to the entrance into Petra. There are many restaurants, shops, spas around it .It is a huge site with lots to explore beyond the Treasury. Petra Boutique was a great place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our 3 night stay at Petra Boutique was superb. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We were particularly impressed with the restaurant, both at breakfast and evening meal. We could not fault the food or service (thank you also for the birthday cake 😊). The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. An added bonus is the hotel's location being just a few minutes' walk from the entrance into Petra. Three days is a perfect length of time for visiting this ancient city. It is a huge site with lots to explore beyond the Treasury. Petra Boutique was a great place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very clean and so close to Petra start point. Staff , Hashim very good. Breakfast server Mitchie was easily the best in making us welcome to the hotel. One other gentleman on reception , never smiled. Considering 70% of tourists cancelled , he should have been pleased we were there. Name began with E. I asked for teabags as we don’t drink coffee. This idiot said ‘we only give teabags free for first night’. Total disregard for service. So Mitchie and house keeper were very nice smiling and welcoming. Others miserable. Hotel room was very neat and tidy.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel. Spacious, modern, sleek and well appointed rooms with comfy bed and fabulous shower. Great breakfast room with a view and an extensive, delicious selection. Very helpful staff. And terrific location, a few steps from the entrance to the Petra site.

Overall good value. 5 minute walk to Petra. Street parking. Very hospitable staff. The hotel is quite modern in terms of tech. Included breakfast was great. Top floor restaurant had great views and retractable roof. Drainage in shower can be improved. We had a great stay and highly recommended.

Nice atmosphere, especially the 5th floor. I recommend this place due to the closing of Petra Old City and main gate. Additionally, the clean rooms and amazing view for the 1st floor rooms. Sky roof is the main restaurant at the hotel and Petra Kitchen is one of the most attractive idea to try the experience of arabian traditional cooking

We stayed here for a night before visiting Petra. This beautiful hotel is just a few minutes walk from Petra Visitor Centre, surrounded by gift shops and restaurants. The check-in was very quick and I was surprised how big the room was. The room had the usual amenities, toiletries, water and tea & coffee making facilities. There was a small box of chocolates waiting for us in the room. It also has a surveillance camera type of screen next to the bed, where guests can check who is outside the door, as well as as "Please Wait" button! Very technical. All the floors are named after each Petra monuments. Our room faced the main street and view of Petra Visitor Centre. The hotel runs "Petra Cooking" lessons for the guests where they can learn to make Jordanian food. Breakfast and dinner is served in their restaurant on 5th floor with beautiful panoramic view of the town and Petra Visitor Centre. Breakfast was very basic, but enough for a quick one before heading to Petra or the onward journies. The staff will make fresh pancakes on request. I would definitely suggest this hotel for those who are looking for a bit of luxury after exploring Petra.

Three of us stayed in this hotel for 2 nights to visit Petra. The hotel itself is very modern (smart gadgets in the room), clean and quiet - even though our room faced towards the main road. Staff is welcoming and happy to engage with you to have a conversation. The hotel is literally less than 5 mins away from the Petra visitor center, so if you are planning to "attack" Petra at the early hours, this is for you. Special thanks to 'Mr Mercedes' (Navid, I believe, apologies if not) and the breakfast staff too!
