This was a super hotel in terms of location to the visitors centre. The staff were helpful, rooms were quiet and had everything a visitor could need after trekking to the Treasury. Breakfast was served on the roof area overlooking the town. Would definitely recommend.
New modern hotel. Rooms are perhaps a touch small but certainly more than adequate. Extremely friendly staff. Location is maybe 100 metres from Petra Museum and entrance to Petra site. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Good breakfast buffet.
Previously, on our trip to Petra, we stayed at the Movenpick. That experience was fair, but we chose it because it is across the street from the entrance to Petra. This boutique hotel is not, but at a 4 minute walk up the street… it’s close enough. The staff was excellent and was able to address all of our needs. Free parking is listed. That is correct… in that parking on the street in Jordan is free. The options for eating at the hotel (and the town in general) for vegan/vegetarians is slim. We would recommend asking about all the ingredients in the meals the hotel serves as the menu tends to list the “highlight” ingredients rather than everything that is tossed in. Otherwise, we would recommend this as a good option for your trip to Petra.
The rooms were very hi tech an there was some bedside control panels which were adequate. The beds were very comfortable and there was some complimentary Baklava. The location was in the high street and a 500m walk from the Petra visitor centre. In the hotel there were tickets 🎫 to buy for Petra By Night.
A wonderful experience. Service from the start was 5 stars. Reception, welcome sweets, dinner service all round. Rooms are spacious and large beds. Bathroom can feel a bit basic but has all you need. Hope the technological aspects stay working the next few years. The location is superb and would stay here for that alone even if it was a 2 star hotel. Happily recommend to anyone who comes to Petra.
Stayed here for two nights. Walking distance from Petra. Friendly and efficient staff. The inside of the hotel is surprisingly modern - lots of touch screens but also lots of nice touches to remind you of the history of where you are. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. Downsides - the key cards had to be changed as they stopped working which was annoying. The hairdryer didn’t work. The safe also malfunctioned so we had to have someone come up twice to fix that. Overall, a pleasant stay but not worth the huge price tag (especially since we spent all day outside of the hotel). There are other places in just as good a location that are half the price.
This place is just amazing. It definitely deserves not 4 but 4.5 stars. A five-story new facility built in 2018 and meticulously refined by the owner - Eid (to whom we greet with warmest regards). The hotel is located perfectly, almost at the entrance of Petra's visiting area. In a spacious room on the fourth floor we had at our disposal two bathrooms with separate showers, two large TV sets, two independent air-conditioning devices, welcoming sweets and drinks, minibar at our disposal, not to mention bathrobes and sleepers. The hotel is equipped with a modern smart technology system, so controlling any device is very convenient and handy. In the room there is a great resting zone with a desk for work and ears. In the room there is also a desk for work and big chairs. The restaurant on a top-floor has a roof which is probably open during summertime. Breakfast is served starting from 6:30 which is very important if you need to visit Petra early in the morning. Delicious, varied kitchen includes European and local snacks. On the ground floor there is Petra Kitchen where the cooking courses of Jordanian kitchen are organized. The chef of the restaurant prepares such delicious meals that it is no use to look for another restaurants because you will surely be disappointed. In the restaurant there is also a corner where you can get shisha - you can choose your favourite taste. It is definitely one of the best that we have ever smoked. Cleaness, service and kindness at every turn. We cordially greet Eid once again - thank you for your hospitality and wonderful time together. If we go to Wadi Musa again, we will choose this hotel ... no other could be in the game. And finally, prices are reasonable and adequate to the quality of services.…
New hotel, very comfortable and modern. Very good breakfast. Restaurant with a nice view. Situation Very close to the entry of Petra site (next to the Mövenpick) which you appreciate when you come back tired from the site. A very good choice to vidit Petra.
Visiting Petra with the family, we had a great stay at the Petra Boutique Hotel. From the moment we entered we were welcomed by friendly smiles. Check in was quick and easy. The hotel building was very clean and there were attention to details wherever you looked. The family room was spacious and convenient. Beds were comfortable and the amenities complemented the room: water kettle, minifridge with water and soda, safe, soap and lotion... Clean sheets and towels. Showers with nice water pressure. The restaurant on the top floor is comfortable with a great view to the mountains and the main street. Staff where friendly and welcoming and the breakfast had many options to choose from. All in all a great experience. 👍 thank you...
Great, clean hotel - a short 3-5 min walk to the Petra Visitor Center. I was in constant touch with Essam who was super reactive and flexible despite some last minutes changes we had to make. The service is great, the breakfast is tasty and varied and the hotel seems to have been renovated recently, very modern, functional and clean. Highly recommended if you visit Petra !
