During my trip to Jordan, I stayed at Petra Boutique Hotel and had a fantastic time! From the minute we arrived, the staff delivered great service, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The check-in process was smooth. The accommodation was comfortable, stylish, and quite clean, with all of the facilities we required. The bed was quite comfy, and after a long day visiting Petra, it was the ideal spot to rest. The modern bathroom provided an excellent shower with plenty of hot water, and the room had a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a large buffet with a range of fresh local and international foods. The restaurant's staff was attentive, and we really enjoyed the freshly made pastries and traditional Jordanian selections. The hotel's location could not have been better! It was only a short walk to the Petra Visitor Center, making it really easy to tour the old city. The hotel also gave us some excellent advice on how to make the most of our visit.Overall, the Petra Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The mix of pleasant service, excellent amenities, and a fantastic location made our stay wonderful. I really suggest this accommodation to everyone visiting Petra!

We were contemplating between the bigger and established Petra Moon or this and we are glad we went ahead with Petra Boutique. Our stay at this hotel has been perfect after missing a connecting flight and arriving late at night. Hashem at the reception was delightful, he added a free dinner to our booking. He also helped us with Petra by Night tickets and information. The restaurant on the terrace was great. Mitchie served us during breakfast and was really good. The breakfast spread was sumptuous. The dinner staff was also not bad at all. The minibar was free with extra water and a couple of soft drinks. The toiletries were good. The bath robes and slippers included. Everything was new, modern and clean, with hi-tech switches, mirrors, triple layer doors to cut out the noise and cold? Every minor thing is well though out at this hotel. The location was a perfect 200m from Petra Visitor Centre, multiple restaurants and supermarkets. They let us store our luggage after check-out until evening and the staff at checkout are also very approachable. Loved this hotel and staff. Couldn't have stayed at a better hotel in Petra.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Petra Boutique Hotel, a charming establishment just a five-minute walk from the entrance to Petra and the nearby museum. The hotel's convenient location made exploring these iconic sites incredibly easy and stress-free.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional demeanor of the staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any queries or needs added a personal touch that enhanced my overall experience.

Petra Boutique Hotel is a unique accommodation option for travelers looking for an authentic experience in Petra, Jordan. The hotel is designed to reflect the traditional architecture and culture of the region, with stone walls, arched doorways, and intricate tilework. The hotel's location within Petra also allows for easy access to the ancient city's many historical sites, including the iconic Treasury building.

The hotel's restaurant, Petra Kitchen, offers traditional Bedouin cuisine that reflects the local food culture. Guests can also enjoy a variety of activities and excursions that are organized by the hotel, such as guided tours of Petra, camel rides, and Bedouin-style camping.

Additionally, Petra Boutique Hotel places an emphasis on sustainability and preserving the local environment. It uses solar energy, and its menu is based on locally sourced ingredients and organic produce. This, in addition to the authentic experience, makes Petra Boutique Hotel a great option for travelers who are looking for a unique and eco-friendly way to explore Petra.

We stayed here for a night before visiting Petra. This beautiful hotel is just a few minutes walk from Petra Visitor Centre, surrounded by gift shops and restaurants. The check-in was very quick and I was surprised how big the room was. The room had the usual amenities, toiletries, water and tea & coffee making facilities. There was a small box of chocolates waiting for us in the room. It also has a surveillance camera type of screen next to the bed, where guests can check who is outside the door, as well as as "Please Wait" button! Very technical. All the floors are named after each Petra monuments. Our room faced the main street and view of Petra Visitor Centre.

The hotel runs "Petra Cooking" lessons for the guests where they can learn to make Jordanian food.

Breakfast and dinner is served in their restaurant on 5th floor with beautiful panoramic view of the town and Petra Visitor Centre. Breakfast was very basic, but enough for a quick one before heading to Petra or the onward journies. The staff will make fresh pancakes on request.

I would definitely suggest this hotel for those who are looking for a bit of luxury after exploring Petra.

The Hotel is a smaller what seem family owned hotel and in an excellent location on Tourism Street; a short walk from the visitor center. The staff were very friendly from the initial planning, to check check-in and referring us to a local driver before we even arrived. The restaurant was on the 5th floor and we ate dinner there one night; great food and service. We also ate breakfast there daily and were so impressed by the chef and our server. We had fresh falafels to order for breakfast and Ibraheem was wonderful catering to all our needs and beyond.

While there I spoke to the front office manager who told me the hotel was only ~25% full, many cancellations due to the turbulence in the region and that was so sad to hear as the people in this city in particular depend on tourism. We felt 100% on our entire trip in Jordan and highly recommend visiting and if in Petra I would stay here again. I had a nice room with a balcony, mini fridge stocked with water, sodas and a box of chocolate; but they have various categories or rooms.

Great family hotel and we felt so welcome!

We stayed at Petra Boutique for 2 nights. Room was small but cleverly designed to make the most use of the space - really like the smart features and modern facilities. The location is minutes away from Petra visitor centre and this was helpful as we planned to get there for opening. The staff prepared us a takeaway breakfast box for our early start, which was excellent - full of delicious sandwiches, pastries, cakes and drinks to keep us energised on our full day in Petra. The second day we enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant and this was spectacular. For a small restaurant, this was an impressive buffet selection with excellent views of the mountains. Two small watch points - the hotel is situated on the main road and noise from the road can be heard in the room and the AC is directly across from the bed and has a blue light which is quite bright and intrusive at night. Though overall, and on balance, the pros totally outweigh the small cons.

Amazing hotel, big rooms, very nice breakfast.
Roof top restaurant provides with breakfast. Sheesha at night on the roof top is must have.
Many convinience stores around the hotel to buy basic things.
It gets cold in November in Petra so do carry jackets. Rooms are really big.
Petra visitors centre is barely 5 minutes walking from the hotel so the location is unmatched.

We felt so welcomed by excellent hotel staff like the front desk staff, and the breakfast buffet hostess Meech (she said she’s new to Jordan, but she was excellent at her job, and so kind, what a welcome face at breakfast). The location cannot be beat, we were able to leave our rental car parked safely right out front of the hotel and walk to everything, including the world-class museum. Thank you!

That this hotel is a few minutes' walk from the entrance to the Petra site is not its only advantage.
Indeed, it also has comfortable, large rooms, tastefully arranged with a little high-tech side which can, depending on taste, amuse or surprise.
The bedding is very comfortable, the staff is pleasant and attentive. There is also the possibility of taking cooking classes but we did not try it.
It is a hotel that I recommend for its designer, modern and warm atmosphere.
