Definitely the most thing we liked was the friendly and amazing staff. Every few problems we had or anything we ask for they come same second to fix or help with anything. Emad one of the reception is super amazing and from a receptionist and us as clients we ended up friends. Hotel location is super perfect, just 5mins away from the most beautiful site of PETRA. The surroundings are also very good and you can find every little thing you will need during your stay from supermarkets, souvenirs shop, gas stations and restaurants. Rooms are all air conditioned which is a super plus while in Jordan!

We didn’t, unfortunately. Condition of our room, shower and furniture was poor, but we did get hot water for a shower on both days, and breakfast is ‘reasonable’. Had to ask for towels. The 41 JOD per night we paid was clearly a rip-off, but beggars can’t be choosers; no availability at all during April high season.
