Hotel's Favourite
We recently returned from a tour of Jordan. While other hotels we stayed in were fine, this one exceeded our expectations. It is a small family owned gem very close to Petra. The owners were gracious and kind and responded to email questions prior to our visit immediately. Delicious mint tea and dates are served all day in the lobby and the restaurant served delicious varieties of buffet meals. The rooms were comfortable and clean with high end soaps, bath gels and shampoo. I highly recommend this lovely boutique style hotel.

Nice and beautiful place to stay while visiting Petra! Beautifully and lovely decorated with modern and antique style. Perfectly located in Wadi Masa, a short drive to Petra visitor centre (probably walkable but it was pretty hot so we took the car to the car park). Staff were excellent and the room was spacious, clean and fresh. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar were a v nice touch.

We were greeted at the hotel with a cold hibiscus juice which was welcome after a coach journey from Amman. The hotel is immaculately kept with the staff seemingly cleaning all the time, the room was spacious and the king size bed so comfy after a long day walking at Petra. One of the best points is it’s location, close to a number of shops, cafes and restaurants but the roof top terrace at the hotel was wonderful to watch the sun setting over the mountains and rooftops of Petra. The food was really good and good choice for breakfast. Highly recommend!

This review is long delayed but we had a lovely 2 night stay here, it was clean and quiet, we were offered tea on arrival and they were happy to do the same as we walked in from a long day exploring Petra before going to our room. The first night we were in a huge room with a comfy bed, the second night we had to move to a lower floor (the floor beneath reception), although. a little dark the beds were still comfy, the staff were extremely apologetic but we didn't have any issue with it as we spent minimal time at the hotel as we were out exploring and had a very early check out the following morning. We had a pre-booked guide who took us to Petra from the hotel and the hotel arranged for our collection. A very kind and professional man collected us. We were so exhausted after exploring Petra that we almost missed dinner but the lovely staff called us twice to ensure we made it upstairs to eat before getting some much needed rest. There were some language barriers in the restaurant, we were supposed to have breakfast prepared for us to take with us in the morning as it was an early start, this did not happen and there were some issues with the particular member of staff on duty however we were told this was quickly rectified and not something future guests would experience. There is clearly great pride taken in the running of this accommodation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.…

Stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel not far from Petra. The staff were nothing but helpful!! Arrived in the evening and were met with tea whilst we were checked in. Great shuttle service to Petra and back. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff! Gorgeous breakfast selection as well with a nice view over the village. Would highly recommend! We loved this hotel - we booked directly with the hotel purely based on Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. We paid around £120 per night for our room and we were very happy with it - it was a great size, very clean and had an impressive selection of drinks and snacks in the fridge which were complimentary. The location of the hotel is great with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are very helpful and accommodating, and helped us with parking our car, luggage, and also advising us on the best time of the day to visit Petra. Breakfast is served on the upper floor of the hotel with great views over Petra and has an ample choice of food to fuel you for the day. The hotel provides complimentary transport to Petra visitor centre which we took advantage of - it takes just a few minutes and we found it to be much better than messing around with parking. You are not restricted with any fixed times for return (you simply go to a nearby shop and ask them to call the hotel for you as they have an arrangement in place) so takes the hassle out of things for you. I would be very happy to stay here again and would recommend this hotel highly.…
