The hotel rooms are confortable and breakfast is acceptable, restaurants and other commerce all around is quite convenient. Above all, the hotel people are very nice and always making sure you have everything you need. Recommend when visiting Petra. Need a transport to go down to Petra's visitor center.
I enjoyed a week in Jordan past March 22 and I had the most wonderful time. One of my trips highlights was during my time in Petra. We found this hotel as per “mouth-to-mouth” advise and you can’t go wrong with it. Fully english spoken, as well as some spanish and the service was amazing. We didn’t have the right plugs for the electricity outlets but they facilitated them for us. The breakfast buffet was a full meal we really were pleased with.
I loved the fact that one can just walk and in 5 min you can be at the city center, this in addition that you are sleeping in a place with no noise during the night, one might need that after walking the entire day in that beautiful city, so much to see! So yes, I appreciated the quite rest at the night. I also loved the fact that I was able to easily get the "Petra by night" show, one does not want to ask that much to see a good show!! Definetly recommeded it to my costarricans friends :)
Positives of this hotel include: clean, reasonable price, good location with numerous restaurants nearby, English speakers at the reception. Negatives are: dated décor and furniture, no easy chair or desk chair (at least in our room). We had a twin bed room, and the beds are on castors, so when you sat up in bed (no chair to sit on) and leaned against the headboard, the bed rolled away from the wall and headboard. The shower was difficult to step into. It is set up so that you had to awkwardly step around the bidet. No face towels. No extra blankets. The shower also sprayed onto the floor (only partial shower door, no curtain). The breakfast buffet was the biggest disappointment. We went at 7:00 am and already scrambled eggs were cold, pound cakes picked over, overall limited selection and bad coffee. "Free Parking" is a little deceptive, if is free parking on the street in front of the hotel. There is no hotel parking lot.…
We had stay at this hotel and we really enjoyed the hotel and the hotel view the hotel location is near by bank and restaurant and food there so delicious we really enjoyed the time there and we had nice time
It was my first trip to Petra and Jordan and I came to this hotel by someone else’s recommendation. The most amazing surprise ever was to find a modern and fully equipped hotel yet with the traditional feeling of Petra. I was welcomed by the receptionist and also warmly received by the hotel owner/manager who personally took care of all my needs and arranged all sort of tours for me. Given the fact I’m usually traveling solo and not being familiar with Middle East behavior rules for a woman, I felt specially supported and safe in these remarks. They even have a free shuttle with service to main attractions and restaurants around town. I definitely couldn’t be any luckiest by meeting so many great people at this hotel. Cleaning was 5/5 Food quality 5/5 Location 5/5 Price 5/5 Friendly essentials 100%…
The room and toilet were very good. Amenities provided. Good location, close to restaurants and supermarket, also not far away from Petra’s visitors center. Breakfast was great m, both continental and local/traditional. The staff was nice.
This a great little clean hotel, comfy beds and super friendly staff. All the staff were happy to help with recommendations for places to eat, walks, information with buses and tickets for events. Highly recommend, we had no issues at all. Thank you!
Well maintained, clean hotel, friendly staff, fair price for a decent accommodation, good breakfast and the service. Heating is solved by air conditioning, which was essential in a cold March weather. Warmly recommended for stay over when visiting Petra.
The hotel and staff were very nice. Good room and nice place. Elevator was very beautiful. We had a room with a bath, so it was nice to take warm bath. At breakfast coffee was very good. Food was regular bread and spreads, but quite tasty nonetheless. We enjoyed our stay.
