We were treated extremely nice in this hotel. We were surprised how nice the rooms in this affordable hotel were. Our balcony and the pool terrace have an excellent view of Wadi Musa. The staff, especially the restaurant staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs (it was during Ramadan). We would highly recommend this hotel, a 5 minutes drive from the Petra entrance.
Such a warm welcome upon arrival from the man at the reception. He was full of valuable information about the town and visiting Petra with good insights and tricks to avoid being fleeced. It is a short drive from Petra itself as you'll won't want the additional steps in the heat but parking is no issue. Our room had a beautiful view across the town and the roof terrace was a per place to chill and recuperate. My son and I had some nice swims in the pool too.
We stayed. here with Exoticca while visiting Petra. It was the best hotel on our trip. It was small, and clean with good food, and cold (non-alcoholic) beer. It also had a roof top swimming pool (small) from where you could watch the sun go down.
I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Petra. It was the cheapest hotel I booked during my stay getting a great deal with Agoda at around £65 per night. It’s definitely not luxurious but it’s very comfortable, has a lovely roof terrace and the staff are very friendly. It’s about 5-6 minutes to where many of the restaurants are in this part of Wadi Musa. It’s a pity that the pool on the roof is too cold to actually swim in but nice to sit around and enjoy the views. Would recommend if you can get a good deal.
Welcoming staf by Ashley explained everything facilities .offering drink ..after long day resting in the roof garden breakfast good buffet very good fresh.etc negative nothing to say everything is fine we back again soon
I stayed at the hotel for two nights with my wife and I where the staff were very friendly. I single out Mr. Mohammed for the reception. He helped us throughout our stay. All thanks and I'd like to go back.
We stayed at P Quattro one night. After a long day (crossing the border from Israel, visiting Wadi Rum, and driving north), P Quattro was a perfect place to rest, refuel and recharge before a full day at Petra. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel - both meals featured large buffets with too many choices. The room was comfortable and spacious, staff was friendly. and the location was great for getting to Petra the next morning.
The hotel is lovely, you feel so welcomed on arrival and you are looked after exceptionally well. Being quite small, hotel, even in our 2 nights stay you get to know the staff, who are really friendly and advise you on local tips and ideas. We had the evening buffet, which had a superb choice, as did the breakfast both mornings. We got a packed lunch each day too, which was comprehensive and filling, great for a long day in Petra. Little things like the minibar being complimentary was a real nice touch too. The pool was still rather cold in April, but refreshing. The massage chairs were welcome after the hiking. I tried the salt room, which was fine, just not my thing. The hotel is located an easy walk to the town and they will also run you to the Petra visitors centre on request, at no charge. We had a car, so didn’t need that and parking was easy.…
5 stars is not enough for this hotel. Straight from the start the quality of service is amazing, the staff cannot do enough and are helpful and kind. We had a car crash on the way to Wadi Musa and they helped us all the way through in discussions with the police, arranging a translator and a car to help us sort everything out. I don't even know where we would be without them. A huge special thanks to Zayet and Mohammed. They did so much and a simple thank you will never be enough. Aside from this the rooms are large and clean, location is great and they provide packed food for those early Petra starts. We would 100% recommend this place in a heartbeat. Great for families and couples.
We arrived at this hotel, frustrated from a so called "5 star property" in Dead Sea, and were immediately felt at home by Mohammed atvthe front desk. Despite 2-3 large groups checking in at the same time and Mohammed being the lone one at the front desk, hr made sure that we aren't forgotten and quickly allocated us the room. The hotel is very very clean, rooms spacious with comfortable bed and clean bathroom with basic amenities provided. However what makes the hotel stand apart is the extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Rafat at the restaurant was always welcoming and even provided us complimentary lunch/snack box for our visit to petra, which came in handy. The hotel also provides free on demand shuttle to anf from petra visitor center, as well as free massage chair on top floor which i absolutely loved after the tiring day at petra. Small gestures like these make your stay memorable, and I'd prefer such properties over the 5 stars where you are met with robotic see-through-you staff trained with a standard SOP A request for the hotel owners - please always keep this helpful and friendly attitude with you!! Absolutely recommended …
