We stayed at the Level by Meliá a few days and had a great time. But it was a sufficient time for us due to some annoyances. The excellent: - Gorgeous, gigantic public areas - Beautiful design and architecture - Lots of space everywhere - You really don’t need to use money - Divine private beach - Franklyn, our friendly butler - Easy access to the real world via beach - Great cocktails from quality ingredients - Many restaurants and the ease of getting a table - Buffet food selection - Amazing pools - The gym and spa - Many adults-only environments - Leisurely and tasty à la carte breakfast The not-so-great: - Meliá vacation timeshare salespeople preying on guests - The sense of feeling imprisoned, albeit in luxury - Rather basic rooms - High share of buffet restaurants - A la carte food which sounded fabulous on the menu but wasn’t that impressive on the plate We believe the Level by Meliá is a great choice for friends of all-inclusive. With a few improvements they could be even better. And for some people, all-inclusive resorts are not their thing. For us, it was enjoyable for a few days.…
What a fantastic vacation, couldn’t ask for anything better (except maybe a thicker curtain covering the shower stall/bathroom for a bit of privacy, or maybe even a wall) Resort was beautiful, big, clean, friendly and attentive staff, fabulous food, al la carte restaurants are plentiful and all available with no reservations. Premium liquors available at most bars, wine was actually drinkable and out of a bottle. Pools were warm and towels were more than plentiful which is an added bonus. The main spa was spectacular even if you chose not to have any treatments done, you can take advantage of the indoor spa pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. You could spend an hour or a day and no one bothers you. Golf course was close, good condition, challenging, and easy to book. Shuttles around the resort were frequent. Entertainment was good, similar to most other resorts (Michael Jackson was there!!!!) Check in at the Level was the best ever, private area with a bar and food and so personalized. What a great start to our vacation. The service around the pool was attentive and friendly which was really appreciated. The biggest shout out goes to Arjenis Nuesi who was the very best personal concierge. He attended to all our requests professionally, with enthusiasm and with such a friendly manner. He was there for us whenever we needed him. Helped us with booking golf, party preparations, room decorations, shuttled us day or night around the resort, and made sure our check in and check out was smooth and worry free. He was there for us from start to finish and always with a smile. A big thank you to the staff at this Melia, definitely recommend this resort and would definitely go back!! …
My boyfriend and I have just come back from a wonderful stay at the Level Melia. I have to say our hosts ARjenis NUESI and Moises medina made our stay! They were extremely helpful - booking restaurants, excursions and making sure we had everything we needed at all hours over WhatsApp so we could contact them whenever we were and always making us laugh. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a romantic stay with great attention to detail
After visiting Melia Punta Cana (Adults Only Level) for many years, I have nothing but great things to say. The experience was superior, thanks to our concierge, Jorge Hernandez who made our week extra special. The service was top notch all week long, and even included a surprise horse drawn carriage ride for our final dinner. It’s hard to believe, but every visit to this resort gets better and better each time. We cannot wait to return and see the beautiful resort & it’s awesome staff!
We visited the Melia as part of an around the world trip in mid November. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and the service was amazing! Juan and Henry were we’re assisted to assist us during our stay and they were both really helpful throughout the stay with very personalised service. We absolutely loved the adults only concept and all inclusive food and drinks was a dream. There were plenty of food options and multiple restaurants. I would suggest that the main lobby restaurant be a part of the adults only area. The gardens were massive and well maintained and there were plenty to chairs and cabanas around the pool. At night the main lobby turned into a mini party with music and a DJ with a great atmosphere and non of this was actually heard from the villas due to the large gardens separating the villas from the entertainment areas. Juanito, a very talented dance instructor gave us impromptu lesson on the beach during a volley ball activity. I very highly recommend the Melia adults only and a huge thank you to the staff especially Henry for the best experience. We will definitely return someday hopefully soon.
