This is my first experience going to an all-inclusive resort so just factor that in when considering my review. The ONLY reason I am not leaving 5 stars is because you do get asked a lot to buy things (both from people manning souvenir booths throughout the resort and by locals selling their wares while walking up and down the beach) and to listen to time-share pitches, etc. Once you give a hard “no” they tend not to bother you as much. Don’t waste your time talking to anyone from the Extadian timeshare group (they hit you up the second you arrive) unless you specifically want to sign up for that. We weren’t aware of this at first and wasted several hours of our vacation being jerked around—lesson learned and now we know for next time. The staff at this resort is absolutely phenomenal. Argenis makes the best coffee! Seek him out and you’ll be just fine every morning. Julia is the best concierge representative there. She finds you wherever you are in the resort each day and makes sure all your needs are met. David is super fun! He’ll teach you all about Mamajuana (famous Dominican drink) and dance with you during dinner. Daibinson and Francisco make dinners so fun and will have your favorite drink and the best table waiting for you before you even get to the restaurant. If you like drinks on the beach, find Martin—he’ll hook you up. The man in charge of the pizza counter (I wish I got his name) is so nice and makes the best pizza. If you’re looking to take excursions, seek out Liberto and Chippy from the Top Tours booth (right in the center of the resort). Both guys are wonderful and will provide you with whatever you need and will answer all of your questions. Overall, the scenery, landscaping, and our accommodations were wonderful which made it so hard to return home once our stay was over. We stayed in a two room, two bathroom suite on the 2nd floor overlooking the ocean. What’s better than that? We had an issue with one of our toilets one day and they came and fixed it within an hour. The food was, I’d say, slightly above average. Between the restaurants, pizza counter, and buffet you have tons of options to find stuff you like. It was fun to try some of the local cuisine and local fruits from the Buffet. Don’t forget to frequent the bars too!! The beach is kept very clean from sea weed every morning and there are guards which keep the beach exclusive to guests. We felt safe the whole time. Beach Lifeguard is on premises and the lounge chairs are so comfy. We found ourselves staying on the beach until sundown. The pools are immaculately kept and a lifeguard is around. We were disappointed that the swim up bar was closed due to covid but I can imagine that that would be pretty fun when open.…
The service here is excellent and the totally earn a five. They really go above and beyond to make sure you feel pampered. Carmelo and other staff at the premium lounge made sure we had everything we needed- drinks were always full. Jenny, Carlos David and the staff at the buffet went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. Food in the buffet was good but a la carte restaurants were mediocre. Pools and beach were great. Plenty of space and not crowded. We got a great deal for the premium and for the price I would definitely go back. We already miss the staff!

Five-star service, this hotel is been one of the best experiences I ever had, the people were very friendly, the service was exceptional, the food was delicious, we like to say thank you to the staff, they make our experience very wonderful, and special to Julia Robert, Ezequiel, Mr. Nathael, Kelvin, Yany from the Buffet.... they are many of them but I can't remember all the names. we do recommend this place for all our friends and family; they give us an expectacular service and we Definity come back as soon as possible. the beach was so beautiful, our room was very spacious and nice, we also have a jacuzzi in it. We love this place.
First time here and loved our stay. At first, I wanted to try to switch our room, because we booked premium, but it was on the opposite side of the resort from the premium lounge and pool. Julia Roberts is amazing. She took us the next morning to look at another room that was on the premium side, but the view was definitely not the same (we were ocean front on the other side). The resort is not huge, so it's not a terrible walk to get over to the premium side. Julia took care of us our whole trip. If I had any questions, I would just message her. She made all of our dinner reservations for us (don't be fooled by the time share guys. One of them offered to make our dinner reservation the first night, but he never did. He told us just to stop in later to pick up our ticket, but we checked back twice, and he hadn't done it). All of the bartenders were great. I love mojitos, and was able to get great coconut passionfruit mojitos at the premium pool bar. Sorry that I don't remember all of their names. I know there were two Joses lol. We ended up going to the buffet for most meals, and the staff there treated us like family. David, Yany, and Yenny were the ones who took care of us the most, but we had a few others as well that were great. I drink a ton of water and love mimosas in the morning. They were always quick to refill our glasses with those and coffee or cappuccinos. Although it was kind of irritating not being able to get our own food at the buffet, I totally understand the reasoning for it. The buffet always had some great fish (grouper, salmon, Mahi Mahi). I was glad that they actually had quite a bit of authentic Dominican food (other places I've been too are more Americanized). I got to try some things I had never had before. Only ordered room service once, but it was good and didn't take forever. Really enjoyed the caeser salad. We also had the burger and the chicken quesadilla. The portions of the salad and quesadilla are not that big, so if you are hungry, I would order more than one thing. We actually ordered the room service after having dinner at the steak house because the portions weren't very large there either. The beach is beautiful, and it's not hard to get drinks there. My only real complaint was that it can be difficult to get bottled water. I drink a ton of water, and sometimes in the main lobby they wouldn't have any bottled water. Other places I have been have bottled water in their premium lounges that you can just grab whenever you want, and I wish it would have been the same way here. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would love to come back!…
