Location was ok. However at least following were massive disappointments: - No hot (or even warm)! water from shower anytime suring our visit - water pressure close to nothing - no pool bar (even mentioned in introduction) - reception open only occasionally - cockroaches in the room - overall cleaningless was bad - locks and windows broken or not possible to close

New name: Aventura Beach and Spa. Rooms did not look like the lovely pictures on booking.com. Subpar room, 2 bonuses: steps from the beach and breakfast was delicious. Its a nice area, lots of restaurants & bars but the establishment was a bit sketchy, office lady was rude and A/C barely cooled down the tiny room. Look for another room nearby

My family and I were referred here through RCI travel-it was communicated to me by RCA as a 4 star "RESORT AND SPA" (based upon Tripadvisor I have since learned)--2 cockroaches and a crab greeted us upon entry into the musky less-than-clean room (ok we are by the beach-maybe other's standard of "clean" is different than my own)--but after having the neighboring unit's abutting door swung open in the middle of the night with COMPLETE strangers occupying it (which we could not close/lock nor get assistance to have it locked with the required key until AFTER 10 am the following day as the office was not opened until that time)...and the 1 roll of tp we had for the 3 of use ran out (again no remedy until after 10am the following morning...Starbucks napkins to the rescue!!)...the lack of coffee for the coffee pot, the broken chair...coupled with the fact that we have to (NOW) fight for a refund for a cancelled reservation the following week---I felt it necessary to more properly advise those considering staying here---this is not a 4 star resort.…

Our villa was facing the swimming pool and our unit was upper floor with terrace. We had big balcony and it was our place for relaxation- dining or just seating enjoying the view. All was just like pictures on site. Cleaning come daily and also additionaly when we asked more towels. It was shot stroll to the beach and we had VIP cards for access to beach club so it was great . One evening we made BBQ just because we couldnt left without trying grill 😃 the only one issue was closed gym but walking to Eldorado there was a gym in hotel Ducassi so we deal with it. All in all we had great time !
