Everything is soooo good ... almost every single service is awesome... specially at the VIP pool area .. Elvido.. Genao best service at the pool area.. Hector the bartender is a rockstar himself... food AMAZING.... AMAZING AMAZING.... music all around the hotel ... every night... cleanness of the hotel amazing COVID 19 protocols updated including test in site... made my birthday awesome in every way...
Stayed Dec26-31, 2020 Had a great time! Safe, Clean and most of all the staff are all so friendly and appreciative to have guests. They go above and beyond for sure! If you visit, be sure to have a drink at the beach bar with the excellent staff members Deyaniris and Noel 🌴
Service is very high-quality, people are very positive. They don’t seem helpful,they just are! They like helping and they are genuine. Most important, people are happy here! Rooms are very clean, restaurants have high quality service and diversed and very tasty food, during covid period everything here is well-prepared, people are wearing masks inside, outside of course hotel guests don’t need to wear them, but for safety staff is wearing them at all times. Everywhere when You need to touch something, You have dispenser for Your hands to disinfect. When You forgot a mask from your room, there is no problem, all guys who open for You doors have it. hotel switched all the paper stuff like menus in restaurants for qr codes, which is safer and easier. Bravo! Lots of pools and restaurants. Free of charge we got wax (gramophone in eu), very nice experience! I came here with my girlfrend :) but it’s also good option for family. We have been on vacation for 10 days and i’m not happy i have to come back home. After 10 days i didn't spend an hour that was boring :) in My opinion, it’s one of the best hotels i’ve ever been In the whole world. I’m from europe, i’m sure i will come back again to this hotel. We had the best time at Hard Rock Punta Cana. There were 10 of us and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The check in was very easy and organized. We got to our rooms quickly and out by the pool to start vacation out right. The pools at this resort were really great, the service was exceptional. Especially Raymin and Elvido. They were the best servers we had and day after day we went back to the same pool, strictly because of Raymin and Elvido. The restaurants were amazing and the food was exceptional too. The entire staff at Hard Rock was excellent. We also had massages and they were awesome too! The hotel rooms were extremely clean, and all the staff did a great job with covid precautions. The testing done at the hard rock to be able to come back into the US was seamless and very easy and organized. We will def come back to Hard Rock Punta Cana!…
Not worth it. The room was not clean. The hot tub was disgusting. The breakfast was no better than a 3-star US travel motel. Some of the dinners were good. The beaches were pristine and almost free from harassment of gift purchases. Here is what set me off, we unplugged the phone in the room to stop the unwanted sales calls. Someone came in and plugged the phone back in. Within minutes someone called us to go to the concierge to make our dinner reservations. Once we arrived, the woman told us our package included a spa discount and a free excursion. Not once did she tell us that we would have to suffer through some two-hour tour of crappy condos. What kind of fool would buy one of these and be locked into a tourist jail for life. Driving by them, there were many for sale signs from poor souls that were conned. Anyway, when we arrived for our excursion, in swimsuits, towels, and ready for the sun, that is when some fast-talking, EXTREMELY high-pressure sales guy pissed me off. He sat down from us while we were eating, and before he could finish his pre-recorded sales pitch, I sent him away. Multiple people tried to convince me to stay; it was like walking through a kennel with starving cats. It was AWFUL. We ran out of there; my mood and my day were ruined. Then I paid for a horse excursion, about 30 minutes on a horse, and 2 hours of high-pressure photo and gift sales, worse than a collection agency. Everything at the Hard Rock Hotel was dated, unglamorous, broken, or an upsell. I would avoid it at all costs. We left, and moved to a beach-side Air BnB and had a wonderful time.…
