Jenner was amazing! He was so helpful and full of knowledge. My experience with him was so pleasant. Hemade me feel like family. I would recommend his services hands down! I look forward to my return to Hard Rock Punta Cana Resort and Casino!
The Hard Rock In Punta Cana is by far our favorite vacation destination. This facility is spotless, beautiful and a true non-stop ride...I need a vacation from my vacation. The list of the to-do's is a mile long and everyone is exceptionally nice and engaging. My diet was wrecked from all of the delicious foods and the variety of restaurants. This is the true WOW factor. You can't walk 50 feet without some type of food offerings, even at the pool, shopping mall or even outside the casino. We can't wait to go back at Christmas for another visit.
Stayed for 7 nights. Service was great. All of the staff are so friendly. Room service kept our room clean at all times. Food selection is nice as well. Would return with a group of friends in the future.
Had a great time with family and friends. Rafael and Carlos took great care of us and went above and beyond for my parents 50th anniversary. Hotel is clean ,security is always there, staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend
I have to say i have traveled many times to Hard Rock Punta Cana but what made my trip memorable and amazing was my Butlers Rafael and Carlos many times we have travelled and not once physically seen our butlers never felt appreciated and attended to but this time Rafael and Carlos were on top of every thing communication a 10/10 efficiency 10/10 and just the most pleasant and accomidating workers i have ever met! Every morning greeted with a smile and our itinerary never had an issue with restaurant bookings and the 50th dinner for my friends parents was a special cherry on the cake! From now on they will always be on the top of my list! Out of all the restaurants Los Gallos was the best food and overall customer service ! Entertainment staff Scooby Doo he always makes the life of the party and is always so attentive with the kids and teens ! Our room clean and always properly attended to! We were a group of 12 with 4 rooms and the trip went smoothly. THANK You so much and honestly 100% recommended!…
The food quality was very poor. The alcohol selection was non existent in the restaurants. This is unfortunate because we have been there multiple times and the changes in the hotel are not encouraging.

They have provided exceptional service with great attention to every detail, accommodations and hospitality. This was by far our best Dominican Republic trip and mostly due to them exceeding our expectations in service. We are definitely coming back again! Thank you guys for making this a trip to remember.
I have been to this resort 4x, and each time it changes and they keep taking away. Example the spa you spend $350 on an 80-minute massage and now they want to charge you $100 , of resort credits, to use the spa amenities including steam room sauna hot tub. I don't know any spas that charges you to use The amenities if you booked a service. Most spa usually only charge you to use the amenities if you don't have a service. Next, you used to be able to use your resort credits to upgrade your wine. Now it is cash only. Next, they used to give you steak and lobster at the steak restaurant, last time we were there if you wanted lobster you'd have to use your resort credits and be charged the service fee of 20 to 25%. Going to the steak restaurant in 2 days we'll see what they have changed. Being an owner in the timeshare is not worth it stay away. I would stay at another resort, once I finish using up my credits. Each time we're here we have to fight with them, and we're VIP legendary members. I mean who charges to use spa amenities when you book an 80-minute massage?…
They offered 3 nights for taking tour this may 2022. Never received. Came back now Nov. 2022 tried to reclaim offer. Blind leading blind. No clue what they are doing don't take a tour. They will definitely lie and not give you what is promised.
