Quiet. Relaxing. Comfortable. Accommodating for vegan/vegetarian meals. Excellent service. Excellent location for private beach use. Private balcony overlooking beautiful property. Wow. You will need to return every year for a dose of heaven. Thank you Tracy! Mark & Diana july 11,2018
I absolutely loved staying at the Wasaga Beach B&B. Tracey and Bob are great hosts, great conversationalists. The breakfast was delicious filled with croissants , fruits, tea, juices and cheeses. The area is beautiful and quiet and not even a 5 minute walk to the beach. It was a perfect place to spend a weekend and we will definitely return!!
Beautiful B&B, friendly welcoming hosts, great breakfast. Large spacious room, we booked the Fallsview room. The jetted tub is huge. Nice little balcony that you can sit and enjoy the view of the yard. Beach is just a short 3-4 minute walk away, they had beach chairs you could borrow but we had brought our own. They also had free bottled water and coffee or tea that you could help yourself to. Other perks were free wifi, as well as some books to enjoy or cards to play while you were there. Only downside was I found the bed was squeaky and a lacking support but not totally uncomfortable. There was also no A/C but fortunately it was very cool in the evening and we had a fan in the room so we kept the balcony door and windows open. All in all it was a great stay and would definitely recommend.…
After a credit card machine fowl up I was shown one of the best BnB rooms I have ever rented. The only one better was twice the price and had crappy breakfast and miserable hosts. Not here it was great.Very close to the beach(4 min walk),the room was spotless as was the bathroom, access to a fridge for my rum N coke free bottled water, a Kurig coffee machine with a small supply of both coffee and tea. I know I will regret giving this such a glowing review as it may lead to it not being available next time but they deserve it.Well done guys!! Yes I would go back....
Our hosts and their dogs were very quick to welcome my husband and I - we were the only ones staying that night. We chose the spa room as the Jacuzzi is facing the fireplace, and in the bedroom next to the balcony and bed, not in the bathroom. The room is at the end of the hall, above the kitchen and does not share a wall with the other bnb room. The privacy offered on this balcony was perfect - the trees are a perfect screen to next door and around the corner from the home's backyard - it felt like a cozy forest getaway. A mini fridge was down the hall, which we used to keep our Northwinds takeout dinner cold until after we had walked Wasaga Beach - which was barely a 4 minute walk from the front door. The little fridge kept food and our beers purchased throughout our tour - nice and cold for a late evening post beach walk dinner in the room! The Keurig was in the same nook with a variety of flavours and hot chocolate - it was perfect for brewing in the morning with cold cream & milk in the freezer. We had selected our breakfast from the menu options the day before, but it still did not prepare us for the delicious spread that was waiting for us. Strawberries had been picked and processed the day before, which meant fresh strawberry spread and muffins were coming out of the oven as I walked into the dining room and kitchen area. Fresh juice was poured as eggs scrambled with fresh cut chives and cheese. The bacon was crispy and the side of potatoes is closer to a mountain. Fresh raspberries and strawberries... and cherries too! The hot coffee kept coming... a hobbits breakfast to be sure. I wish we had planned to stay here longer but it was the perfect end to a week long Bruce Peninsula touring trip! PS - you don't need air conditioning when you live this close to the water - open the windows - the temperature drops fast in the evening making it a snuggly sleep.…
