Went there with wife and mattress was green and brown... also no phones in room and spiders everywhere, we were supposed to stay 2 nights but got grossed out and left the place. Tried to get help from office but nobody around.

Location: Great spot tucked about 8-10minute walk from the rowdy Wasaga Beachfront (BEACH 1) with food, LCBO, and Beer store. Right around the corner from the Wal-Mart & Frescho. You don't have to worry about beach parking which is the main reason for staying here! Lodging: They are motel-style rooms (floor level in a row with their own individual entrances). So you may hear a bit of noise coming from the neighbour but nothing to write home about. We had the corner room so just the one side, they partied all night and didn't keep us up at all. That being said, it's Wasaga so it has a mix of family and party at the motel - the owners did an amazing job at catering to both! There was beer pong, flip cup, etc. at night by the picnic tables but the family's were asleep with no complaints. The room has a microwave and a fridge if you are looking at bringing your own food. There are also BBQ's outside which I believe are free to use. Cleanliness: Overall was up to motel standard of cleanliness, no complaints as it appeared fresh.

We live about 1hr , 90 mins w/ traffic from Wasaga so we make a point of going every summer usually just for the day . Last year my husband suggested i book a room that way we could get 2 full beach days for our kids & also be able to have dinner ,relax not worry about needing to drive home . did not stay in the cottages so cant comment on that but stayed in the Inn part & that was fantastic . Location of Wasaga Beach Inn is amazing . Right on Main street , walking distance to everything - Walmart , Banks , plaza's , Dairy Queen , and a plethora of restaurants .PLUS the main attraction .THE BEACH this would be Beach #1 it took my husband , 3 &8 year old girls ,carrying beach bags , umbrellas , chairs , coolers , etc . 5mins.The room was clean with plenty of towels , some toiletries , perfect mini fridge to store food &drinks , a microwave . TV had the right amount of channels in case of a rainy day or to watch at night , I especially liked that there were a couple of chairs outside our door so that I could sit peacefully & read . Also a really nice touch was the amount of eating and sitting areas spread about , WITH BBQ's . BRILLIANT. We did not BBQ, we did have a picnic lunch under a gazebo & were quite happy for the shade . also a well maintained Volley Ball pit &a wonderful salt water pool , did not use pool but could see it was being thoroughly enjoyed .Grounds were immaculate & at night a fire is lit in the fire pit & everyone can sit around &chat &roast a marshmellow

We stayed over the weekend and had an amazing time. The heated salt water pool and the hot tub are awesome and the facilities are great with lots of barbeques, a fire pit, basketball, volleyball nets, shuffleboard and is very well maintained and clean. The property is located a short walk from the beach and from restaurants and stores and is perfectly located for a getaway to Wasaga beach. To top it off the customer service by the management team of Jit and Annie is unbelievable. They go out of their way to ensure guests are taken care of and have everything they need. Our trip to Wasaga was great thanks to them.
