The cleanest hotel I've ever been compared to those outside Iran. Spacious room and polite staff are other good things. Noteworthy that for breakfast you've many options: eating & drinking. Parking is also private in a yard dependent on the main building (safe). Restaurant had some limits, to the best of my mind.

The Hotel is so clean with nice and friendly staffs. Also it is near to Karimkhan Citadel and located at the city center. The breakfast has a variety with a hot fresh bread and live cooking warm foods . Everything was great for me and I highly recommend this hotel.

The best thing is that it is centrally located, very close to the commercial area and convenient to visit the city. The entrance is situated in a corner, without access for the disabled (something common in Iran), in any case you could enter through the service and parking area. The reception lobby rather impressed as if it were a three stars hotel; all in all, this area seemed as if needed updating. At the reception they were affable and struggled to make my wi-fi connection work, for every day had to re-activate it. Elevator was rather small. Our rooms were somewhat small but adequate, especially for visitors who spent most of the day outside; in any case they were clean and basically well supplied. The restaurant for breakfast is spacious but a bit simple, without much variation of products, although there was something of almost everything, especially a a small kiosk to cook eggs to customer’s taste. We had dinner at the hotel one night, a fairly simple buffet that they prepared for our group. All staff were restrainedly friendly.…

This hotel is a bit tired and grubby. However the location is excellent for anyone wanting to see the sites. Rooms are small but adequate but breakfast is quite poor. Staff were friendly and accommodating but pillows were like rocks. The air conditioning was quite noisy

Our air conditioning was quite cool but blankets were available. The room was not large but adequate. The bathroom also was not large but functional. The shower was warm. Wifi was slow but it got there eventually. You had a set allocation but to buy extra was not expensive. Breakfast was the normal range and had a man making omelettes and or pancakes. The location was good with an easy walk to the Bazaar and citadel.

Although the location is very good, the hotel itself feels old and damp. The restaurant facility is very poor and so is the taste of food. Room i stayed in was crampy and without much light or view. Would not recommend this hotel for a longer than a day's stay.

We stayed 2 nights in this center located hotel. Good room size and newly renovated bathroom was modern and clean. Bed was a bit of soft for me but bedding was good. WiFi signal was ok inside room. Breakfast was not abundant but sufficient. Staffs were friendly. Note: there are many eateries down the street within 5 min walking distance.
