7 days spent in this hotel, it exceed my expectations food Is fantastic as is the staff which are so friendly and welcoming from front of house to dining to cleaning staff.Facilities are fantastic the only downside is the size of rooms and bathrooms they are small for a family but on the upside they are cleaned and fresh towels every day. Central to all the amenities. Would definitely come back.
I didn’t expect such a lovely hotel .. the rooms are very basic but you have a tv aircon and a fridge … the shared hotel pool was lovely and clean … the food was so nice you have multiple choices of what you could eat and you would definitely fill a plate with a lovely selection… chicken pork fish pizza kebabs plenty of fruit and salad .. good selection of bread fries and potatoes. .. every day there would be different main dishes but most of them were very nice … as for drinks 🍹 they had real coke cola San Miguel Fanta orange and lemon, wines , sangria and the bar was not shy with the spirits a big glass with ice which was lovely… the staff were so so friendly.. I would definitely go back to this hotel its 100% value for money Such a relaxing family hotel … I can also say the sun lounge area was spread out and you would find a spot any time of the day … without rushing out to grab a bed like most hotels. We didn’t want to go home ……
I will start of by saying great food, lovely pool and clean all over. The only problem we had was one of the life guards. He had a right problem with any English people in the pool. He told my children off for playing with water guns even though the Spanish kids there were doing the same and it was fine for them. He complained that they got people in the pool wet with the guns. Don’t want to get wet don’t get in a pool. He would stare at my kids constantly to the point it was getting uncomfortable. I get we were in his country but we weren’t being rude or anything and if he doesn’t like the English, don’t work in a hotel were English people will visit. I didn’t let him ruin my holiday but he really had problem with anyone English in the pool.
Lovely place, basic but clean and 2 min walk from beach. All of the facilities such as pool, restaurant and bar are shared with sister hotel next door but this was fine. Food was great, lovely choice every day and always something that the kids liked.
Visited this hotel in September which is well located for the beach and train station, being only a 5 minute walk from both. More located in Torreblanca, with Fuengirola about a 20-30 walk away. Rooms are fine but the triangular balconies a little small. All inclusive is very good with drinks available until midnight. Food is of a decent standard with plenty of choice. Good hotel for a family holiday with entertainment on most nights. This was my second visit with standards consistent through both. Will visit again.
Been to this area many a time..love it. We used this hotel for the first time and was very impressed. Fair enough you only use the hotel to sleep in and use the adjoining partner Hotel, but the rooms are adequate. The food is plentiful and so much choice. 3 bars which are open from 10 till midnight (not all at the same time) The staff are polite and helpful. The gardens and pool areas very neat and tidy.Indoor pool is immaculate (need to wear a bathing cap).Best of all VERY near the train station..every 20 mins from Airport. Now the bad bit..does not have any smoking only areas or NO SMOKING areas..management take note we met many people who did not like this either ! Would we come again.. YES (but could do without the smoke ?)
I stayed here for 5 days at the end of July with a friend in a twin room. We arrived late on the train from Malaga airport (literally a 5min walk from the station to the hotel - well recommended!). Check in was OK, due to our late arrival the restaurant had stopped serving but they had put cold plates out for us which was great and very welcome. WIFI in the room for free which is a novelty. Lots of clean towels and the room was very clean. Balcony over the front but it wasn’t noisy. Meals are at the connected neighbouring hotel (a 4 star), usual buffet but each night they had a themed corner; we had fish night, roast beef, cheese night - all very good and was in addition to the main buffet. Pool was very crowded, no loungers put out before 10am which is nice to see but it created a strange queuing system instead. Entertainment in the evening was very much geared up for children but that wasn’t an issue. Drinks were ok (we opted for AI). A short 2min walk to the beach and shops on the promenade (the hotel is one row back from the front). Courtesy room to shower and change in for our late afternoon flight home was again in the neighbouring hotel, fresh towels and aircon very much appreciated! All in all not a bad stay for what we paid! …
Very clean hotel with friendly staff. So far I cannot say anything negative. The restaurant has a wide variety of foods available for every meal. Suitable for any age group with the beach only a five minute walk.
Just come back from 11 night break. Really nice time for family of 6. We had 2 rooms, they were on first floor and had side view of sea (just)... Really attentive staff who would do anything for you. Rooms a little dated and small, but OK for our needs as we only use them to sleep. Most amenities shared with next door Fuengirola Park which a 4 Star, couldn't see the difference so if you booking and Cendrillon cheaper, just do it...Food was brilliant. 3 Adults and 3 kids could find food every night and every breakfast. People who slag food off are just stupid as was good quality and plentiful, different every day. If you want steak and lobster, go self catering and eat out - see how much that works out.... Pool good, bit small considering practically 3 hotels sharing, limited 'animation' but staff really good and speak good multi-language. Main town around 45 min walk, however the train is 2 min walk and is only 1.8 Euro per person. We found out on last day that supermarket behind Fuengirola Park was really cheap, the bar nearby also did really quality cheap food for takeaway also, much cheaper than hotel option. Definitely would go back again as a family as resort was quiet and really safe. Beach was 2 mins walk and town accessible if wanted.…
Just back after a holiday in the above, the Hotel is part of the Fuengirola Park complex and is used mainly to sleep in. The Buffet dining room in the Fuengirola Park is used for all meals. The bedrooms are small, but well kept on a daily basis, bathroom is small too but again cleaned daily. The balcony is very small ,triangular in shape, but of no consequence,as i don,t pay extra for sea view etc. Breakfast in the buffet dining room was good and had a nice variety available . Being on a half board basis ,I found the evening meals to be nice ,a good selection was available ,the only moan i have is that no ice cream was available at the desert counter all week,as it would have been a nice extra with all the fresh pineapple etc, which was on offer. The other moan is that when the dining room is very busy ,table are so close to each other that if you leave to go to buffet counter it,s like an obstacle course to get back. Also table,s are very close to coffee dispensing machines ?.Service in dining room good and staff very polite. Pool area was nice and well kept.Pool side bar useless, and bar area downstairs beside pool only opened in evening .Also their is no non smoking area around pool side shaded area,s .Liked the netting around the pool Good hotel for access to beach and for transport to main town. The time i was there Hotel was full mainly of Spanish people ,as such all entertainment was geared towards them, understandable, but i enjoyed it, would i go back yes…
