Terrible hotel coming from the comunist period; everything is old and non working. Lunch and dinner is only very passionated people of Romanian food, breakfast poor and sad. The swimming pool is 4 square metres, and more or less the same for the SPA area. Rooms are big and personell enough kind. Avoid it if possible.

They were still building some parts of the hotel, or at least the roof, so we woke up when the workers arrived, quite unpleasant for a Saturday morning. The room itself was in line with the expectations from a four star hotel, nothing more.

We were there for two night. The room was clean and hot. Bed very comfortable.We had a good european breackfast with a good choice of meals (eggs, salad, salami, sausages, cheese, cofe, thea, juces), but the diner was a big disappointment. Better to use a restaurants in the area nearby

My family spent our National Day at Andy Hotel.It was a three-day stay was long enough to be truly disappointment. The smell inside the elevator was a garbage one. The bathroom hadn't a proper ventilation and the bath was very high. My bed was broken and the mattress was inclined. The pillows were very big but not good for rest. We couldn't read because there were not bed lamps. The breakfast was poor and the waiters were bored.This location is not a four stars classification, so I don't recommend it!

Everything was perfect!!! The staff were amazing, they went out of their way to help up us with everything. The room was beautiful and very clean. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay there again!
