Stayed in family room for one night before going to a family wedding. Very large room with double and 2 single beds and ensuite shower room. Beautifully clean throughout. Friendly owners who served up the most fabulous breakfast in the morning in pleasant sunny dining room. Would recommend to anyone as could not fault our experience in any way.

We stayed there for one night recently and would be happy to go back there again. We may do so on our next visit to Ireland if we are in that part of the country. The room was quiet and clean, good breakfast and the guest-house is dog friendly. Our dog enjoyed his doggy bag from the nearby hotel where we had dinner!

The gentleman owner was very hospitable and generous. He explained to us when we were paying that breakfast was not included in our booked rate -not explained to us by his wife!!. The porridge was good but the rest of the breakfast was poor quality- the brown bread was very disappointing! The place was a bit dated-surprised as website says it was refurbished? My mum runs such a business in Connemara and recommends places to others-hopefully it will improve, watch out for more reviews hereafter..

This lovely little B&B is approximately a 15/20 minute drive from the center of Mullingar. If you are staying, i would hire a car. We stayed here for a family wedding and if we ever visit Mullingar again, i would definitely stay here. Tom and Margaret provided a warm welcome and the next morning Margaret made a full Irish breakfast, which was delicious. Very attentive and friendly. The B&B itself was spotless and surrounding area was so relaxing and picturesque. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Only stayed the night wish it was for more! Very welcoming and hospitable! Accommodation is spotless and comfortable! Even the impressive sideboard showcasing the golf trophies was without a speck of dust! Breakfast hit the spot! Will certainly be back.!

Just stayed the one night and cannot fault the place. Free parking, a very clean en -suite room......plus a filling Irish breakfast in the morning. Perfect!
Will definitely go back whenever I am back in Ireland.

We booked all the rooms for family to attend our wedding. All the rooms were big and clean. Tom and Margaret were lovely and made the weekend what it was, letting us take over the place for a get together. The service was the best and we will all be returning next year(if they will have us) THANK YOU

This place is consistently incredible. I stayed here over Christmas break and last summer for a wedding. The rooms are always beautiful, sparkling clean and Tom and Margaret are great hosts...we loved the jacuzzi and the country setting for the stay. The breakfast was generous, tasty & hearty.. we didn't eat until later that evening... we were so full. Also the room was very big and you feel like you are in a 5 star hotel room rather than a B&B. The breakfast was very generous with choice of fruit, yoghurts, cereal, fruit juices followed by full Irish breakfast which was cooked to perfection...I loved the brown bread tea and coffee. I would highly recommend this place. a real jewel for Irish hospitality and a place most guesthouses can only aspire to! Keep up the good work!!

Room Tip:Â Nip across to the park hotel for nice pint of Guinness. The Jacuzzi is amazing also!
