Bar staff was amazing! Gave us recommendations on what Irish Whiskey were the best. Caroline was the best, keep us fed and watered!! Will come back with my family, amazing place. Easy to get to Dublin City as well!!

The hotel was nice, but the best part of our stay was the service. Julia in the bar was fantastic. We hung out in the lounge watching the match for most of the evening and Julia was super friendly and took great care of us!

Best airport hotel but it’s 10mins on their shuttle bus. Lovely hotel, fab modern and quiet good size rooms. Great atmosphere in the bar and parking (charged) there is.24/7 garage next door which is handy for essentials. Lovely staff. The bad - Be careful as Free Shuttle Bus is not regular ie seems like every 30mins which is not ideal And bar Food is good quality but portion size really disappointing, pasta more like a stater!! Felt a little ripped off as not cheap. Hence 4 stars

Great hotel. Clean, nice staff and great location, handy bus to and front the airport . One of my favourite Clayton's to stay at. Nice bar area and small coffee shop situated just opposite reception area . And large car park which is reasonably priced

The hotel is located in close proximity to the Dublin airport and provides shuttles every 30 minutes for guests arriving and departing. There is plenty of parking but it is tight. The hotel is well-appointed with plenty of dining choices. It is decorated nicely and is perfect for a short stay. The staff is cordial and we had a smooth overnight stay with an early morning departure.

As this is an airport hotel, we expected a generic hotel. But we found the opposite. The room was very comfortable and spotless. The staff were warm and friendly, at reception, around the hotel and in the bar. We had an excellent meal in the Italian restaurant. The food was so good and the service very professional. We used the long term parking which we found so convenient, using the shuttle bus to & from the airport. Will definitley stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

I searched for hotel close to Dublin Airport where we could take a nap and get cleaned up before driving 1.5 hours to my daughters wedding venue. Being 10 minutes away from airport with shuttle, the Clayton fit the bill. Since Clayton Hotel would not permit a early check in, I made arrangements for late check in after our red eye flight. We arrived at shuttle stop at 6:20 AM. After 10 minutes we called the hotel and were informed that shuttle just left and should arrive shortly. Since hotel was only 10 min away I called back after 10 minutes and was told that shuttle just left. I told her that was what she said when I previously called. She said it had only been 5 minutes. I didn’t argue even though my cell phone showed the time. We didn’t board the bus til 7 am because it was completely full and took a while for people to exit. By then, we had stood outside in the cold, snowy weather for almost 40 min and I was cold and miserable. When we arrived at hotel the front desk demanded to know when I was checking out as check out was 11 AM. We had enough time to take shower with moldy shower curtain and eat breakfast before checking out by 11 am. For this aggravation, I paid $163 Euro. I recommend another hotel brand that is more flexible and provides timely transport with staff that are friendly (assistant manager was very prickly). This was my first stay and based upon our experience I will never stay at another Clayton Hotel again.…
