360° Boutique Hotel & Thermal Baths is a new family-run luxury hotel situated in the beautiful countryside of the South of Iceland. The hotel, which opened in August 2018, is placed on a top of a hill and has a 360° view of the most astonishing mountains and volcanoes on the South Coast. This 4-star luxury lodge offers spacious and modern suites and deluxe rooms. All the rooms have high ceilings and large open windows featuring a beautiful view to ensure the best stay possible. All guests have access to a spa which includes a pool with warm geothermal water, a sauna, and a relaxing lounge with fire. Due to the richness of the minerals in the water bathing is said to have therapeutical and healing benefits. The size of the hotel, 13 rooms, provides the owners with an opportunity to offer their guests a very personal and attentive service. The guests frequently say that the hotel feels like a home away from home. Therefore it is not surprising that many of them choose to stay at the hotel for several days while exploring the amazing landscape and nature in the South of Iceland. Another quite unique thing about the hotel is the dining experience which can be explained as a community host table. In the evening a three-course dinner from local produce is served and all the guests are seated together at two long tables. The diners enjoy this culinary experience in the company of each other. They get to know each other and share their travel stories. Some have even formed a friendship with their fellow travelers. 360 hotel is where the past and the present meet – modern, central, and with all the magic of Iceland. All in all, our design style is about minimalistic, timeless, and classy interiors that remain warm and inviting, and are as much about function as style, with strong, clean lines and without a hint of excess.

This small hotel is simple and modern. Rooms are off a corridor than runs the length of the building, with floor to ceiling windows at each end. The corridor is dotted with cozy seating areas to read a book or play a game, which is such a lovely touch. One end of the corridor leads outside and down to the outdoor geothermal pool nested in the rocks. The other end opens up into the dining room with huge, communal style, long granite tables and floor-to-ceiling windows offering a charming countryside panorama. Pros: Truly excellent meals, particularly dinners. Pleasant and efficient service. Rooms are light filled with their own terraces. The cutest, sweetest dogs to greet you. A very good, central location for many of the top sites. Cons: Nothing important. Views from the room are a bit sparse. Need to find a way to keep the eggs (served in adorable glass jars) warm at breakfast. Extra towels would be nice. Kind of odd non-welcome welcome from the hoteliers, who are a bit low-key. Value: Arguably a little pricey for what you get, but in fairness that is true of much of Iceland.

The 360 Boutique is a tranquil hotel perfectly located for your exploration of the Golden Circle and Iceland's South Coast. The rooms are super quiet, and they have an indoor pool, outside heated pool and 2 hot tubs.

Early every morning and every night after dinner, we soaked our weary bodies in the natural spring waters of 360, often looking out across the landscape, hearing nothing but birds and the wind. I share that my hair and skin was super soft afterwards and I felt so happy to be away from so many other tourists. (July is BUSY in Iceland). This boutique hotel is just the perfect mix of offering a feeling of sincere care - the excellent home-cooked meals, the fresh and varied breakfast, the generous pours of any drink you order- and a modern minimalist design. The owners are Icelandic, which means you get honest and excellent information on tours and the culture. If you are looking for slick American- style 'have a nice day' service, you are not in the right place. If you want an authentic, generous Icelandic experience, you are. And best of all, Tina and her grandma may indeed visit you for a pat just in case you miss your canine friends at home. Highly recommended.

Awesome place. Minimalist design (concrete, glass and wood), in the middle of nature, with a 360 view on the beautiful icelandic landscapes. Lovely owners (and dogs - Tina might pay you a visit in your room if she thinks you’re cool). Best food you’ll find around Selfoss. We stayed 2 nights to discover the golden circle. We’ll definitely recommend to our friends and family!

What a wonderful memory. Was recommended by a friend who also visited here. We loved every aspect . The owners and employees are calm and kind . Somehow this place makes you feel both at home and also as if you are in a luxury hotel . I loved the decor , everything so clean and convenient. We really enjoyed the thermal pool. Breakfast was amazing,; they really thought of everything!. The owner made me a limoncello spritz which was a perfect end to the day. We were in love with the dogs . My only sadness was that we only had one night there , but maybe someday we will have the good fortune to return. So grateful to have had the experience, thank you to the owners !

This year July 2023 we went back to Iceland again and as we did the ring road again we decided to stay in the 360 hotel for a second time. This time I had the time to enjoy the thermal bath they have and have dinner in the hotel. Food was delicious and the chef was very accommodating. Staff super friendly and breakfast was also a delight. I love this place. Let’s not talk about the dogs they are so nice.

Perfect experience! So happy we chose the lovely 360 as home base for a couple days in June. Welcomed by Anna, the owner, and their 2 Icelandic sheep dogs we immediately felt right at home. The location is a bit remote, and beautifully so. Easy access to Selfoss and so much to see and do in the area....and the views are incredible. The hotel is quite intimate with only 13 rooms, and we had a jr suite, which was great for a little extra space. Beds are super comfortable and all the amenities you'd expect for a nice boutique hotel were in place. Thermal baths range in size and temp, and we definitely enjoyed all of them! so lovely to take a dip after dinner in one of the hotter tubs on the hill with a glorious view of the nature. Meals were also fantastic; from the mostly organic breakfast to the delicious dinners (we ate on the property both nights). Food is local, in season, artistic but not fussy. And one of the few places that knew how to make a dirty martini! We would definitely come back - next time in winter to see the lights. Perfect location.

Loved the room, the staff and the restaurant. Breakfast was included with a great variety of local and continental options. The indoor and outdoor thermal spas were nice with territorial views. Super clean, comfortable and quiet. Dinners were fabulous. Parking is a bit of a walk especially in the wind and rain. The resident dogs were a nice bonus!

My wife planned a trip to Iceland and worked with a travel agent to set up our itinerary as we drive around the island. Out first hotel, the 360 was by far my favorite in Iceland. Isolated. Desolate. Quiet. Modern. Clean with excellent service and dining! It’s not for everyone but not everyone travels to Iceland. Very comfortable and accommodating. We will definitely stay at the 360 again! The owners have two dogs which were an added benefit.
