Detailed Reviews
Choosing this hotel was a great decision. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the bus or train station. The hotel staff was super attentive to all our requests, making it also possible to leave our luggage there before check in (and after check out, too). The breakfast was delicious, and despite the current pandemic, they served a buffet-liked breakfast with someone serving you whatever you want from the table. From our experience, 100% recommended.

This little gem of a hotel is superb. Great location, friendly staff, nice rooms with very comfortable beds & mattresses. Excellent value for money. Clearly the owner loves her work & it shows, with all the small details having been considered. Breakfast is excellent, as waas our evening meal. The "Seafood Traxonotto" is a must.
So often in Greece small 3-4 Star hotels can be a big let down with uncomfortable beds, and no consideration for the small details. This place was a breath of fresh air. My only quibble is that the bathroom could have been a tad bigger in the room allocated to us. But well laid out & equipped non the less. A big thank you to Stella the owner & Evangelos @ Reception. You are professional hoteliers & it shows.

Stayed 3 nights in October 2020 at this wonderful place. Super family friendly with such a warm, homey ambience. The staff is so kind and welcoming. Rooms are spacious with modern amenities, and the location is great. All Meteora monasteries are 5-15 minutes away by car. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for only one night while visiting the monasteries at Meteora, there are lots of small touches on the hotel decorations, great breakfasts, the bed was very comfortable.
The WIFI connection in our room (209) was very poor, receptionist restarted the router many times, still not working, we have to stick with our 2G T-Mobile roaming services.
The hot water tank broke right before we were ready for bed after a super-long day (was repaired in about 30 minutes).
The receptionist was not that nice while we bothered her so much for the wifi and shower problems.
P.S. Almost every hotel in town is close to the giant stones.

Really charming hotel where all the rooms are named after movies. Front desk was always manned and everyone was extremely friendly. We left for a 8:30am tour and returned at 1:30 and they still allowed us to take a shower before fully being on our way back to Athens. 5 minutes walk to the central roundabout.

Cute little hotel with its own parking lot, close to restaurants and shops, and a few minutes drive to the amazing monasteries and rocks of Meteora. Clean good sized room with terrace and lovely view. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast with many choices (but no soy or almond milk, I asked) and they quickly made up our room while we ate. Only downsides: Wi-Fi wouldn’t work in our room (staff tried to fix it), and one afternoon & evening when we wanted a shower the hot water was only luke warm.

This small hotel sits on the edge of the town centre and within easy walking distance. There's limited parking available outside the hotel but it's easy to find parking nearby.
The reception staff were friendly but not well informed (we were given incorrect information about the monasteries opening times for example).
Our room had a nice little balcony with a mountain view, but was dated and a bit too 'rustic' for our liking. The small bathroom felt very dated with its painted bathtub.
Breakfast was very basic and only included filtered coffee as standard (specialty coffees such as a cappuccino were chargeable). There were also no cooked-to-order options.
Overall, we enjoyed our brief tour of Meteora but the hotel was not really to our liking.

The hotel is perfectly located for visiting Meteora. The room was OK as well as the bedding. Breakfast was included in the room price but cappuccino is extra!!! Bottles of water in the room fridge were also chargeable…. This is mean for a 4 star hotel.

+1
We liked the hotel very much on the internet, but unfortunately the photos don't match reality.
It may be that it's an "artist hotel", but our room looked like DIY and too many experiments with glue and paint. We also looked at another room, which was probably better but the price for ours at €115 per night wasn't really justified. The mattress wobbled terribly with every movement, the refrigerator made loud noises, the reception looks like Flotters BUT, the breakfast is really great! Very nicely presented with lots of love and a good selection.
Of course the hotel is super close to the monasteries, but we didn't like our room at all. After the monasteries we thought we'd go to the pool... but you can judge that for yourself from the photos. The flattened paint of the glaze from the wooden loungers is still sticking to my leg, there were no cushions and so after a while we went back to our room because everything hurt on the hard lounger. We actually chose the hotel because of the pool...

This hotel is located at the exit of Kalambaka but this is not a problem because the city center is a 5 minute walk away. Concerning the view of the meteors, it's up for debate, for us it was more a view of the swimming pool. The welcome is charming, good breakfast but the bedding needs to be reviewed.

7:00am to 10:00am if I remember correctly. But they were very friendly. I’m sure they can do something earlier or even a bit later.

Hello from Theatro Hotel Odysseon. The estimated time from Kyllini I assume. You need to drive towards Patras, the Rio Antirio bridge and continue in E951 (Ionia Road) towards Arta/Ioannina/Preveza. Just before Ioannina take the exit to Trikala Athens (Egnatia Road). After Metsovo follow the signs to Kalabaka.
Total duration would be around 5'30''.
You can call us in +302432094444 for further clarifications!
Have a safe trip.
Regards,
Stella
